OK, for the 6 of us that will be at MK 12/7....let's set a meeting place. Here is what I found about times for that night based on what we are planning to do.

6:00 Wishes
7:45 Celebrate the Season @ castle
8:15 MVMC Parade
9:30 Holiday Wishes ???? not sure if we will be staying for this one or not

I am guessing that we will be grabbing CS probably at Cosmic Rays and eating in front of the Castle for the show. Does anyone want to meet in front of the castle for the show & parade?

They came in over the weekend - you can pick them up anytime.

I did a spreadsheet with everything we are doing for WDW & the cruise since there are so many more things we are coordinating with other people this trip. WOW!!! I can't believe it...but it should make it easier to keep up.

Brandi, when my mom was a kid her family was very poor and never got christmas gifts. My mom was a lot like this girl you mentioned. Always wearing the same clothes, etc. One christmas someone dressed as Santa delivered her family a food basket and gifts for my mom and her siblings, new clothes and a toy for each. My mom later found out it set up by one of her teachers who had noticed my mom's family had very little. To this day my mom talks about that Christmas and will never forget that someone cared enough to go through the trouble of making sure her family had a real Christmas miracle.

I know you realize you've really touched this girl but let me say that it has touched her much more than you probably even realize. God bless you!

Ok, now who was it that told you there was no time for pricing and that you had packing, ironing etc to do? Hmmmm??? And who was it that said there is always time for pricing!

I will take credit for that...there is ALWAYS time for pricing!!!! Just push those garment bags, suit cases, and ironing out of the way.

Just an update in case anyone was interested. We made it to work fine - the main roads were not too bad. Hopefully we will get home tonight before the worst of it really hits.

Work has been chaos (as can always be expected). I hope I get to check in again a little later.

I just need to breathe and remind myself that in one week I will only have 1 HOUR left here before I am on VACATION!!!!

Why do these never seem to change for me?

birth cert/passport is the only thing that you absolutely HAVE to pack. Anything else can be obtained somewhere along the way....even if you wind up wearing Dopey underwear!

Speaking of birth cert...yikes...my DMIL had the wrong one. She had a hospital certificate. I went to her house about 3 weeks ago and made her show it to me. I nearly fell over. She thought I was wrong and that her's would be fine. I had our TA call her and tell her she had to get a real one. She still doesn't have it!!!! They told her she should have it on MONDAY!!! I would be freaking out big time! If she doesn't get it by Tuesday she has to drive to Harrisburg and wait in line and get one there. Thank goodness I checked it out. I just had a bad feeling that she didn't have a real certificate! She isn't even worried about it not coming in time. I am stressing about it and she could careless. I love my MIL but she is way to laid back!!!
