Funny thing. I have been on the DISboards all morning and my room STILL isn't cleaned. What's with that????

I noticed. I was just gonna ask how the room was coming along.

They allow little ones to be held. It only takes about 5 min if everyone shows up when they are supposed to and does what they are told.

Well, I haven't even loaded anymore CDs onto my iPod. AND I still haven't finished the proof CD for Sam's Sr. Portraits. AND the office/room is still not finished. Just thinkng about it is making me tired. Maybe I need a nap?

I just throw them in my seabag and tie a rope to it and toss it overboard for awile. They come out nice and salty. Almost like starch. It gtives them that real pirate feel.

I think I will take a couple of hours of SL today and come home early. Tough day today planning a memorial service for my ex-boss. Having to plan it with people that I know did not even like or respect him has given me a major headache. Locking up the emotions...not good. I just wanted to tell them to just shut up and leave my office because I KNOW who you really are, but alas I work for them, so......

I wish they had that much sense back on our first cruise. When the CM told me she couldn't stand in front of me instead of DS inbetween us I just told her sure if you can make her stay away from me.

Maybe it depends on the CM or how small the child is, but we saw several Dad's holding little ones. We have gotten REALLY lucky the last couple of cruises and got to muster in Animaters Palate.

That is what I was hoping for. It would be easier to keep the kids entertained there. Standing out on Deck 4 with no real entertainment for the kids was difficult and it took us far longer than 5 minutes. It was more like 20. DD was in that infant life jacket and she did not like it and it was difficult to hold her with it on. I am hoping they have a child size she can wear.

Aft staterooms get to be inside sitting down whereever. That doesn't seem fair when you are out in the sun.

How far back aft? We were at the aft elevators on our last cruise and we were outside. Just curious for future reference.

The girl passed by him without letting him touch it & the guy I had told it was his birthday & he had been talking about touching a snake for weeks was going to just have her pass back by him but then had him sit at another table. DS's eyes lit up when they told him he was going to be able to hold the things. EWE!!!!
