I made my reservations yesterday

I had my dates wrong...I really could have booked them on Friday night but I was still able to get everything I wanted. I did book the Fury Sail in Cozumel. The only thing I don't really like about it is that it's so late. We don't get back until 6pm. I still might change it but we'll see.

I'm glad I stopped by to catch up before out to have dinner at Sarah's. I was already 4 or 5 pages behind.

Christine, Did you reserve a brunch for Palo or just for dinner?

Real quick like--if you've never had it--you don't know what you're missing. Shell and Kathy can tell you if theirs if different.

Zucchini Bread 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups chopped zucchini
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Throw it all together. Bake in a WELL greased and floured loaf pan.

I put up alot of zucchini when it's cheap in freezer bags. Then just pull out the bag for a loaf in the middle of winter.

I actually tried to post as someone else on my last cruise because I was trying to surprise my friend but wanted to be included with the FE and Palo stuff. It's way to hard to keep up...no way am I Verna or Elmer.
