Yep, it's all gone. Just cold here (OK cold for Vegas, not for everyone else). We might get some flurries tomorrow and Christmas, just as long as I get home before the roads get bad...bring it on.

I was done 2 weeks ago.

Hi Nanas-It is snowing hard here too! We just got home and the roads are terrible. we are staying in the rest of the night. My SIL and I made ginger bread houses with all my nieces and nephews and my kids today. They turned out cute and of course the best part was eating all the candy.

Well off to start dinner. Hope the snow machine turns off soon!!!

Greg, I feel your pain! We were snowed in Friday and Saturday. Up to a sustained 40 mph wind--we had blizzard warnings along the lake shore. Kalamazoo is on the snowbelt and gets the same as the lake shore Cleaned up Sunday. Got it again Sunday night into Monday morning. Should have did my errands yesterday afternoon. Now we are getting it again!

My mother woke up this morning and decided she wanted to spend Christmas in Arizona at my brother's house, so I drove her all the way to Pocatello today (on these terrible roads), so she could catch a ride with my aunt and uncle who are heading there from Boise!

Private jets sure are nice.....I'll have to remember and ask santa for one of my very own! (after all... I've been such a good boy!)

Wait til Santa gets here, i cold leave him a list a mile long on how mischievious you have been, of course he might think I am a tattle tale, so I will think about it for a bit, then decide.



Dawn, Jaime, My girls both have stockings too but they are packed like all our Christmas stuff, so they are sharing 2 cheap stocking i got at the dime store with us.
we all have Disney ones with the big stuffed heads of Disney Characters on them.
So sad its all packed away.

I did bake off my cookies today but wont make the frosting until tomorrow or Greg would have them all eaten before Christmas. I didnt make many.

Since our family get together looks like it will be News Years day I will probably make a yule log cake to take to that and a few cookies.
My DD is cooking a nice turkey dinner on Christmas but on New Years we are all pitching in and getting pizza so we can all relax, even her and enjoy the day and visit together.

Hi Dawn,
hope you are all set to just stay in and relax with a good book and some hot cocoa for a couple of days.
You can send a little snow back to me, just for Christmas. I have NEVER had a white Christmas. It has been all around me like it is this year and left the day before and returned the day after Christmas a few times. So disappointing.
