Well we have started our countdown at home on the kid's school calendar. They are getting so excited. The penpals have helped so much. They come home from school and can't wait to see if they've gotten mail. So, thank you to all who have emailed. We will continue to write back!

Is anyone else having issues with posts not showing up on our thread? I posted on Sunday am and it has never showed up? I also posted Sun late afternoon and I don't see it???? Oh and last but not least, I can't always get to the last page of the thread. It will say 47 pages for ex when I know we are up to 48. Is this happening to anyone else?????

Hi Amanda. Chris has been driving me nuts as well--I have to hear all of the Yu-Gi-Oh stuff he wants to tell CJ and I haven't the slightest idea what he's talking about! He sent an e-mail last week but my guess is that our saga with msn.com is continuing (we've got to switch internet providers!). I'll have send another e-mail tonight and tell him to send it a couple of times so at least one gets through! Did Chloe's e-mails get through to Taylor? I'll have her send another one as well. Hello all. For anyone who has not made a hotel reservation for the 26th, I just got the MCO Marriott on Priceline for $43/night. We are getting in quite late and the Marriott works great for us especially at that rate.

I wish I got a good deal on my hotel room. We are paying 110.00 to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Cocoa beach and i just couldn't seem to find anything cheaper for a "non vintage" hotel. We are not going to get to the hotel until probably 7pm so its not as if we're going to do much but sleep. Oh well.

Just called TA for room assignment. Got room 5627 which is a cat 11. Kind of let down was hoping for a bit more of an upgrade based on what I've been reading on these boards. Any thoughts on this room??

Kim, I think you will be happy with the room location. Deck 5 has very few rooms and you are in the first room aft of the aft elevator. (however not adjacent to the elevator and noise.) Because of the few # of rooms and the short hall, there is very little hall traffic. We are in room 5622, which is the first room on the same hall on the opposite side of the hall. The locaton is convienent to Animators Palate and Parrot Cay, 1 & 2 floors directly below you, And Topsiders is directly above on deck 9. Regarding upgrades, this board can be misleading - everyone who gets one posts it, but the thousands of other travelers who don't never say so. They are far more rare than you might think. I've had 1 in seven cruises, and don't ever expect to see another.

Thank you, I feel so much better now!! The last two cruises (Royal Carribean and Princess) Dh and I have had balconies and one was a mini suite. This is our first cruise with our son so we didn't book a balcony because it is so much more on Disney and we really wanted to get him on this ship. I shouldn't be looking for an upgrade and just be joyful that we are lucky enough to be taking him on this trip (and leaving baby with grandma and grandpa). Others on the boards have also let me know this is a very quiet area which will be great!! I am now thrilled with our room, and glad we will be near you because you seem so nice. I hope your family is doing OK with your loss, sometimes it hits you harder a week or two later ( I'm a therapist can you tell?) Thanks again for all of your great feedback!

I just found this site and am so excited - we were on the same cruise last year and rebooked for this year - it will be my dh Michael, myself, and our two dd (Catherine turned 2 in August and Maiya will be three in Jan). Yep, you read that right - they are seven months apart - strange but true!!

We are so excited, i can't tell you! I can't wait to go back and read more posts so I can get to know all of you!!

My DH and I couldn't have a baby after 4+ years of treatments so decided to adopt our little Maiya from China - it took almost two years to get her (started in October of 2000 and she came home September 2002). But after a year in the adoption process, I was blessed with little Catherine - my miracle pregnancy! So, found out I was pg in 12/01 and had her 8/20/02 - two weeks later, DH went to China for two weeks to get maiya (who was seven months old) and I stayed home with Catey.

Last year we went on our first cruise and it was the same disney cruise that many of you were on - we rebooked right then! We loved it - and can't wait to go back - i am so looking forward to getting away!

How many of you out there have almost 3 year olds - and even if a little older, what is the Oceaneers' Club like for them? Will my girls be okay there? Have you had positive experiences with the staff? We had the girls in Flounders' twice last year, but not great times for them - they never paged us, but it wasn't great from my perspective. I am hoping they can go to Oceaneer's instead, even though they are a little younger.

Any other tips for things to do with two little ones?

Also, Amanda, just so you can add us to the list - we are in 8036 and have late seating!!
