You definitely do NOT have to pay a fee. We can just talk to the Shutters Manager once on board. I have been part of many group shots and there was never a fee. The only time I have heard of a fee is when groups have "special requested" backgrounds.

We should have a few times as options and they will let us know which they can best accommodate.

Ok, so I emailed our TA the other day when everyone was talking about dining rotations and got a response. It says we are on the TAAP rotation.

What is that?

Does that mean we have dinner on the Wonder our first night?

T? Topsiders?!?!?!? Sounds like the TA is there is NO rotation on the Magic that repeats dining in the same rest.......Maybe U R on the Wonder!

Hi everyone! Lots and lots of postings today - can't believe how close to 15,000 we are. I need to post more tonight to make up for lack of early postings - and help to get us to 15,000!

Just got home - long day today and then stopped to eat dinner out w/ the kids. DH is at the basketball game tonight. Let's go Panthers!

I will catch up and get everyone settled and post more later.

Our carpets are still damp from cleaning today - and there is no chair at the computer - but back later...

during the day it just looks like strings of lights, they dont glow or anything until after dark.
we saw it 2 weeks ago.

We weren't planning to go to MK (since we live a stone's throw from DL), but I wanted to spend a day at Epcot.

Seeing the castle is tugging at my heart strings ... so beautiful!!

Professional photo update.

I sendta fax today,no response yet which is fine, i didnt expect it yet.

I also send a letter to DCL communications and they said there is an $85 dollar fee to our a group photo taken, plus price of the pictures.

I personally think that is a cheap shot!
The photographer is already on board and they would be making a lot of money from the photos they sold.
So I am sure when I hear back in the next couple of days they will tell me the same thing, so I need to know what you guys think?

Do we do this ourselves or divide up the $85 among us all.

One suggestion from what I learned last year,
we should try to do a kids group photo, of course a few moms who need to hold the littlest ones still and then do an adult one.
Of course any kids who are too young to be left standing alone while we take a photo can beheld by their parents in the photo too.

But this would make it easier to get everyone in the photo.
we are a minimum of 75 people, maximum of 90 people, including the kids.

I am open to thoughts and ideas on all of this, lets speak up now because we dont have much time to make a decision.

We took "group photos" in 04 and 05 at no charge.....we were on the stairs by the Mickey statue....check out Icemans avitar he has it on his posts.
