99 bananas:banana:
amaretto
soda water
vanilla vodka
a lil bit of pina colada mix--sort of a nutty monkey with a twist.

gonna have to ex-(hic)-periment this weekend:rolleyes1

Morning all-

We love St. Maarten- except for those who insist on blocking the street, Kathy :lmao: and love Orient Beach even though there are some "neck-ed" people who really look better with clothing!
Off for a Lasik eye exam, hoping I can throw these glasses away someday. I am still holding my breath about Capt. Nautica- either way it will be fun!

Will check back later.... off to the beach later to pretend we are at CC! Think I wil carry my CC bag, just to make it feel more like the real thing:banana:

Cheri ... what in the world did I say to her? I don't remember that at all ...

By the time her dinner arrived, she never ate much at all -- well, actually, probably toomuch talking to the gang at the table! So one day (or night) Auntie Shell suggested she try to do a better job eating dinner -- don't know if there was a bribe or not. . .

At least you didn't ask her to show you how the little piggies eat!:rotfl2:

Well as all of you have probably figured out by now, our Kathy is quite the party animal on the cruise. In fact, here's a picture we took of her in downtown St. Maarten.

And even with all the hustle and bustle around, you could still hear the snoring ...

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Mornin' nanas!

I will be anxiuosly awaiting the Nanahead cocktail recipes and will be more than happy to sample them.:rotfl:

Jeff, unless your flight is routed way west of the city, I won't get a glimpse of you! Have a GREAT time at WDW! Maybe you can take Bill (Shell's) with you!

Now that I don't have to go to the fair today, I can get some other things done around the house. Laundry, cleaning, work. . .:woohoo: :woohoo:

Well, the boss man is here and I better get movin'!

Have a great day!!!

OOH...tell me how the exam goes...I have been wanting to do this but I am terrified for some reason.....someone in/on/around my eye..:scared: Would love to know what it is like to wake up in the morning and actually be able to see:)

Worked this weekend.. Off work today-going to dinner with a big bunch of family-my Aunt and Cousin are visiting from Winter Park, Fla....Kathy, anywhere near you???

Off to do my tread mill work....only13 pounds to go :cheer2:

Hey Josh...I have an article I think you might be interested in....gimme and email addy and I'll send it to you.

I know why you like it. Makes you feel like you're there! Takes you back to the moment.

That's why I like this one:

Christine: (or anyone who has booked the Romantic Escape)
What was your gift?
How was the Champagne Breakfast?
Our gift was a photo album, a cake and a bottle of Champagne. The Breakfast was great you got to order Eggs, Pancakes, Sausage and Bacon for room service. It was a nice change from the usual muffin basket. We also got a 50 min couples spa treatment (Facial/Massage) but they have changed that and now you only get the use the rainforest.

Since I missed the weekend here are two pictures:

I love Parrot Cay...it is my favorite restaurant on the ship. The chicken wings and ribs are great. I had a stomach virus the day before we got on the ship so I got nothing for dessert.

I totally forgot that there were musicians in Parrot Cay! That just took me back! Thanks!

Sometimes my cruise seems like a million years ago since I've had a baby and all that since then!!!

There are musicians at parrot cay? dinner with my aunt? What's going on!?!
Bill, your room looks dark and creepy. :scared: No wonder your so :stir:. Just kidding!!!
Here's my pic of today:

Gang.jpg

This was the gang on the last night of the cruise... :sad1: Cant wait to go back and lose all of my worries.
Shoulder's gotten better, now my elbow joint hurts. :headache: THIS MADNESS WILL NEVER END!!!!!

- Josh

Bill, I just read that email and find it hard to believe. As big as the full moon? The martian path would have to trek REALLY close to see that.

Here's something new. On my dad's DV tapes from the cruise, he has one of when we were in NASA. can you guess what Movie soundtrack he has for when we were seeing the Saturn V rocket (there's some clues to help you). Let's see who knows... :thumbsup2

Bad news: Leilani with Capt. Nautica says they don't have enough boats for the private excursion. I'm still a little unsure about it, because when I first asked her, she said it wouldn't be a problem. I get the feeling she may have wanted to keep a boat in case someone should want to book a full day BVI.

Just in case, I sent a request in for availability and put it in my DHs name. I told him to be on the look out for an e-mail response. I'll let you know if we get a different answer.

Great pic Kathy....loved all the Christmas stuff in CC.
Don't worry, Kim....we'll all get on the Cpt. Nautica thing...think good thoughts. You do know that DCL puts aside a certain number of reservations for 105 days, 90, and 75 days out. So...everyone has a really good shot of getting what they want. We all appreciate your efforts....

Glad you enjoyed that article Josh....time to look UP!

That's OK ... you did your best! I wouldn't worry about getting the excursion booked, regardless. All the "seats" won't be gone when you finally get to book as DCL holds back a certain number for any excursion for each group of people (REAS holders 105 days, CC members 90 days, newbies 75 days).

I'm thinking of booking beach/city tour excursions for us on one or both of St. Thomas & St. Maarten with our little ones. Do you think it's necessary to do the DCL excursions or could we just do our own thing? (Remember we're traveling with real little ones so I want to keep things as simple as possible.)

MUTT? Quit thinking and posting what I'm thinking and posting. It's bad enough we do that kinda stuff at home ... :headache:
