Good morning!

Bill, go ahead and post that if you want -- then I don't have to dig mine out!!! Jess was looking at the Navigators from last year and is planning what she wants to do. She's also planning what she'll eat each night -- we'll see how works out! (Aunt Shell had to have a talk with her about her meals last year!!!)

Yesterday we were at the fair long enough for Jess to go on a few rides and see the rabbits, goats, and sheep. It was so hot that I wasn't even in the mood for junk food -- I saved a lot of money that way!!!

No posting for me yesterday afternoon. Had another bad storm come through and once again seemed to be right over MY head as they didn't even get a drop anywhere else. Think it's me

Last night I got home and made up a pitcher of java juice and sangria, marinated the meat, cut the vegetables........so all is ready for the pool party. You guys are invited of course Now I just need the sun to come out. Can you believe after all this heat, I'm asking for the sun
Lots to catch up on, let's see if I can remember them all:

Bill-I would LOVE to see the navigators from the same week. I have printed off those I could find, looked at them through a magnifying glass and hi lighted what I wanted to do. Not that I'M OBSESSED I'm glad to know you have been busy, as I thought perhaps you had lost your love for us or me

Shell/Jeff-Lost many a night on grain alcohol, never had the watermelon but that would have been a great way not to get busted! "What Officer, I'm eating watermelon!!" Tell you another good one: Gummy Bears soaked in vodka (or Malibu) YUMMY and convenient..........awwww, the things we teach one another

Judy-Wilmington, NC isn't all that far from Va Beach............I'm planning on seeing you at the Spa

Passports: I got Jacob's extra copy yesterday (got that in 2 days) waiting on DH's extra copy then off to the Post Office. I know we're pushing it.

Okie-I know you have been snorkeling before and want to do something different, but you haven't been snorkeling with ME.........if you insist on pursuing the kayaking though, I haven't done it in St Thomas, but I did a kayak, snorkeling tour in the Bahamas and it was AWESOME. They warned us though that you WOULD fight with your kayaking partner. Of course we looked at one another adoringly like "NOT US"..............Um, well, let's just say it was one of those rare times when I was wrong, but other than that it pretty cool.

Kathy-Glad you're feeling better. We've missed you

Christine-Hope you're doing well, let us know how the reservations worked out for you.

Capt. Nautica Update: DCL e-mailed me back that they are unable to book private excursions at this time. Capt. Nautica still has not contacted me I will call them sometime this morning and see if I can get a direct answer.

WOW-Hope that's everything. I'm exhausted now!!! Off to do some "gloss over" cleaning for the company. See ya later.........

Hubby is working on a tree house for Jason so that's how the much of the day will be spent. Lots of painting to do before the trim work goes up. I'll have to post pictures of the house because it looks amazing!

Since it looks like alot of you are on the boards today I'll post questions that I still don't have answers for.

1.DS(6) needs a passport this year or can wait till 08?
2. Anyone send a box to the ship ahead of time?
3. DS not excited about snorkeling, a bit scared fish will bite. Spend the $ and see if he will try or just do a beach?
4. How do they select the drink of the day?

Please post the navigators from last year. I've also begun looking at them to see what to plan to do 3 months to go....

If your son is already apprehensive, I would suggest the beach. Usually even if they have a ladder to get down into the water, they like for you to jump off the boat. I'm a pretty experienced swimmer and the Atlantic is what I grew up swimming in, but the first time you snorkel and you jump in and open your eyes and see yourself engulfed with fish, it can be a bit unsettling. An older child/adult will get used to it and be able to enjoy it, but I'm not sure about one that young. IMHO............

I'm sending a box ahead of time......somewhere they have an address.

I made my reservations
I stayed up last night until mid-night (kinda hard after 3 Blueberry Stolis ) and got my Palo Brunch right away but than the site crashed I couldn't book anything else. I tried for a 1/2 hour and I kept getting an error message so I just gave up. I got up at 6:15 this morning the site was still a little slow but I got everything I wanted. . Here's what I booked:

Sunday - 8:00am Spa Treatment Cellulite Reduction (has anyone ever done this? I need all the help I can get for this trip)
Monday - 11:30am - Palo Brunch
Tuesday - 8:15am - 12-Metre Regatta
Wednesday - 7:50am - Capt Nautica, 7:30pm - Palo Dinner
Friday - 1pm - Personal Watercraft Eco Tour

Wow, my week is already pretty full. Well, I'm off to spend the weekend at the Luxor on the strip...have a good weekend everyone.
