The weather is going to be anyones guess, but I've heard of 80 degree days and days where the wind brought the temps into the 30s! in January.
Make sure you get good quality ziplock bags ...maybe even freezer bags. Or better yet wrap the baggie in a towel for good measure. You don't want a bad throw from a baggage handler or the pressure changes in the cargo area of the airplane to splat your clothes. I've seen it happen more than once.
Be ready to take off shoes, belt, and anything else not nailed down when you go through security - it has gotten pretty extreme. A friend on the forums actually got pulled out and almost missed her flight because of a bottle of baby formula
OK, enough of the ick - mucho congrats for getting under the 30-day mark!
