100% sealed

I haven't canned in 15 years but I put 16 quarts in the pressure cooker (2 batches) and they all sealed. I'm thrilled. There is nothing like the popping sound when you are canning.

You're right - that sound is soooo satisfying!

I haven't canned since DD was born. The poor thing had colic & it was just too stressful for me. Then I started working full time & just didn't bother any more. You made me jealous!
