I know this is an older post but I just wanted to let everyone know that I signed up for this about a month ago, made my first purchase, and they already sent me the $100 card! WOW! I'm not even an AP holder.. that is seriously awesome.

And if you email customer service through the website, mentioning the $200 enrollment bonus others have been getting and ask if they can credit you the difference, they'll credit you the 100 Disney Rewards Dollars.
