$100 gift card with Disney Visa!

Thanks. I applied for my DH. I have a Disney card already.

I sure hope it works. We can use it for food in the parks! That is what we mostly use our rewards for now.

When I got my new DV with this offer, they took $100 off my balance instead of sending me a GC. It works out the same but I didn't take the money I was going to pay on my cc and get a DGC with it. I'm disappointed that they did it that way. Hope everyone gets their gift cards!

I followed the link on the DVC members site.

When I applied in my name, they said the offer was no longer being promoted.

So I went back & applied in my DH name, they took it & said a response would be mailed.

We both already have Chase Disney Visa accounts in our own names w/ the other as a signer (I still use my maiden name) that we use every day.

We'll see

Went online today to pay my DH's bill & saw a new Disney credit card account . So he was approved, just haven't received it yet.

Will post when we use it to see it we get a gift card or credit.

I applied last week even though DH has one, and I got a confirmation this evening that I have a new account. So I just have to use it once and then they will send me the $100 gift card? Is that correct? Thanks so much OP This will help alot on the trip!!!

We got our $100.00 gift card today, got the card 4/14, made a purchase on 4/15!!! I just applied for DH's card last week, so when we get it, I'll buy something ASAP- and hopefully get that card too.

It looks like a regular Disney gift card- so I'm sure you can use it for that.

If I am reading everyone's email correctly, it only takes about a week or so to hear whether you got the card. And about a week to get it in the mail. I applied today.

Yep, it actually took longer for me to get the CC than the GC.

The car came in the mail today. When my DH gets home he can activate it & we'll probably use it tomorrow at Home Depot, he's building us a pergola.

The charge should show up online by Mon or Tues, but I wonder when you get the $100. Is it after you make your first charge, first payment, or first statement?

I made my first purchase on April 13th, it showed by the 15th, got my card April 22nd!!

thanks for the info.I have the card but signed up my hubby for one last week.His card came today and then he charged $15 in gas on it.Hope the $100 comes for our June trip
