Ok, I had a bad eating day yesterday-used twelve flex points! Aarrgh. It's just the sitting home and having nothing to do syndrome--my body wants to eat and I don't stop it. That's only 16 flex points for the week. Today is the last day and it is "free day." I should use 9 flex points today (based on my current plan) and that's fine, it's in my plan (yesterday wasn't).
Yesterday I was down 3lbs but after eating 12 flex points, today I am only down 1.5lbs. I know I didn't really gain that from string cheese, but it's what I have to take.

I know how successful you have been in the past and now it is just a matter of getting your body back into that groove. Be proud of all you have accomplished so far and start fresh today!
