100 Day Cheat-Free Challenge!

Ok, this challenge is tough! Last night I snacked on string cheese in the middle of the night (I guess it could be worse) so I had to work around those four points all day! Then, someone brought in a big bag of chocolate chip cookies and left them in the break room! I kept thinking I could have just one, then I remembered I had to check in here. Even with snacking and temptation, I finished today at 26 points! Woo hoo!

No exercise today because I'm still resting my sore foot/ankle. Hopefully I'll get back to the gym tomorrow and earn some exercise points.

I have stayed within my points for the past two days and even started exercising yesterday! There was even free pizza and I ate my Lean Cuisine instead-yeah me!
 
I made it through day 2 as well. Had 100 ounces of water and had a total of 4 fruits/veggies (3 by lunchtime).
 

On day three I used four flex points. It is hard for me when I don't work and sit in the house all day--I just think about what and when I can eat!! I only used four flex so I am okay with that! :)

I finally did something smart yesterday and made a huge pot of nearly free veggie soup. Used lots of canned "free" veggies as well as one can of corn and one of carrots, tomato paste & yolk-free egg noodles. The entire pot was a total of 11 points, so I am counting each 2 cups as 1/2 pt (I used lots of water, too). This will really help make up for any point-intense meals I eat.

So, I am still on plan with 4 days down. YEAH! Thanks for keeping me accountable everyone! :banana:
 
I made it one more day. Yesterday I think I had 28-29 points (I ate lunch at Bingo and had to gueestimate the number). I also made it back to the gym for 90 minutes. With my activity points, I did not use any flex points! Woo hoo!

4 down, 96 to go. Only four flex points used so far this week.

I made it through day 3 and 4. Just squeaking through day 4 but I did it. I knew I was having a hard time getting my water in on the weekends but never realized (more on the weekends when I don't workout). But I got my final ounce of 84 in at 9:30pm last night!

On to a new week!!!!
 
Can I join a bit late? You can put my start date as January 15th. I've done 2 days (it's Monday morning here in Australia).

I made it through day five too! It was tough. My foot hurts, my laptop seriously died and the Bears lost. I really wanted some chocolate. But I persevered and used 27 points. I also went to the gym for ninety minutes. So I'm within my points. Yay!

Can I join a little late? My start date was 1/11/06 - and I've been on plan since then! I've used some of my flex points, but that is part of my plan. I've drank all my water and milk, as well as eaten my veggies. I'd love to join in the fun! :cool1:

So, welcome to a bright sunny new week! Weekends are so hard, aren't they? We were away Saturday to Sunday and I ate wayyy too much as we celebrated my Godson's birthday and watched the Steelers win yesterday.

I cannot believe how close I came to blowing this and having to start over today. But I ate some nearly free soup for dinner last night and didn't snack at all and made it through the 6th day of my weight watchers week with only 1.5 flex points left! OMG! How close can I push it, right? And if I hadn't earned APs Saturday I really would be starting over now. But, I only have to get through today without needing/using those 1.5 FPs and then I'll start a new WW week tomorrow.

Thanks for keeping me accountable everyone!
 
just got back from a cruise, so i need this extra push..well make my start date Jan 17...
Im aiming for...cutting down on soda...cutting down on junk (still will have some, but not excessive) no eating after 7 pm (i REALLY need to work on this)

I made it through day 3. It's Tuesday morning here and I know it'll be a good day. I'm actually having an easy time sticking to my points (although it IS only day 4 for me! LOL). I'm just trying to eat healthy and working out as much as possible so the points haven't been an issue. Now if I would just see the scale move, I'd be happy ;)

Good morning! So, how is everyone today? Did you get through another day cheat free?

I am so glad my WW starts over today. I was so weirded out about using so many FPs last week (wish that stood for fast passes! :teeth: ) So, I took off 4 of the many pounds I had gained since before Thanksgiving. Thanks so much, guys!
