We leave the 20th and are at WDW untill the morning of the 27th. We will do laundry at the parks on the 26th and again between the two cruises. So we are only really packing for one week plus a day. Should be fairly simple. This is going to be a trip of a lifetime. With the cost of living going through the ceiling we won't be doing this again anytime soon. Lois

Grandma4ever - That sounds like a tonne of fun! I'm sure you'll be ready to go home though by the end! At least I should would be!

Count me in for the meet up on the Saturday, I can't wait to meet you all in person! I'm up for posting a family pic someone just needs so tell me how... ...sorry kinda new at all this posting stuff!

Kids are napping right now so mustn't stay on the internet too long...not getting any work done! Running a business from home only leaves you so much time to work with three little ones!

Lois - sounds good. we might be able to help save an area, but I can't guarantee it as we are going to be greeting my parents & brother when they board. Hopefully that will be early as they are on DCL transfer from the Hyatt.

We arrive in Orlando on the the evening of the 23 Sept but we aren't doing any parks before our first cruise (doing a week after this cruise), just going to try and recover from our travel & adjust to the timezone.

You people are way to organized already, I'm jealous! I think meeting sounds great! I haven't even thought about starting my FE yet not have I thought about what to give. I'm hoping to get going on this stuff once school is out.
I actually leave for Disney on Friday, but it's not as grand as it sounds. I am helping chaperone 80+ Jr High students (on a bus no less) who will be performing at the MK on Sunday. They have our days starting at 6:30am and lights out at 11:00pm. I know I sound like a wimp, but I have a feeling the kids will fare better than the adults.
I'll post a family pic when I return.
Has anyone decided on shore excursions yet?
I better quit rambling and get to packing. I don't have the perk of my own vehicle, so forgetting anything is not an option

Hi guys,

Just back from Shreveport (2 1/2 hours one way) where Nate my DGS (1 year old) had surgery today to put tubes in his ears. He's just fine and the doctor said that he could not have put one more drop of pus in that child's ears they were so full. It's hard to believe but he already seems different!

I'm available for adoption!!!!

Tired and going to bed as we had to get up this morning at 4:15, Nate's surgery was the first one for the day. I'll talk to you all tomorrow.

How do you put photos on here? Would I have to have them on a website like FlutterFly. Or is there a way to take them from my My Pictures on my PC and display them here.

Go to www.photobucket.com and register. Its free. (Haven't used Flutterfly, but is probably the same.)

Upload photos from your computer.

Resize your photos. I use the "message board" size for ones I post, smaller for my sig.

After you resize your photo, left click on the IMG code below the pic, and it will say "copied" in yellow.

Go to your thread, hit post a reply, and start typing. Paste the IMG code into your reply where you want it to appear. (You will only see the code in your message, but the pic will show up when you submit your reply.)

That was taken at our Rehersal Dinner. I can hardly believe that Rich and I were married 2 years ago last week and right now I would be on our Honeymoon! *sigh* How time flies!

2 years... you're still on your honeymoon! Wynn and I had our 14th this past Feb. We've been together 17 years. It is amazing to me when I hear it, as it doesn't feel that long... well, sometimes!

Let me introduce MOLLYGIRL:

She was my Boston Terrier growing up. She went to The Rainbow Bridge 3 years ago and our family misses her terribly! Her name was Molly but I always called her Mollygirl!
I will answer to Molly if anyone calls me that!

Jacquelyn: cute dog! I'm sure you do miss her. I had a cat from the time I was 6 named Princess. She died the year after I got married.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for the info on FE. I think the drink station at 3 is a great idea for our Dis Meet. My boys will be in the pool so it will work out great.

I just got back this evening from a quick trip to TN. I took my best friend's daughter home yesterday and spent the night with my aunt. I showed my kids where I grew up and went to school. It is amazing how small the houses look now that I am grown. It was sad to see how some people have not taken care of things. Anyway, we made it home safely. DH is in Boston on business and will be back tomorrow.

I will post a photo of us as soon as I get a chance. It is late and I am tired. Hope everyone has a great Friday.

Here's our picture from our last trip to the World. Steve and I will be married 25 years by the time we cruise.

We got some good news today. We have one of our DVC contracts for sale (BWV) and we accepted an offer from a buyer today! That leaves us 300 points (2 SSR contracts). Our BWV was 350 points and the way Steve works, it was hard sometime getting to the World to use all those points! Trust me, the will was there!
