1) Who is traveling with you? I think everyone has posted this before but I figured the thread is so stale that I've forgotten.

2) Are you wearing Halloween costumes when you board? And if so, do you have a theme? Not when we board but that night I think we will. we are thinking of doing Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach

3) Do you want to participate in a FE gift exchange? Yes, we do

4) Where are you from? Orlando Florida

5) Any other personal information that you just want to put out there on a message board
This will be our 8th Disney Cruise our second one this year lol..but the Florida resident rates have been too good to pass up..I am just as excited though as the first time cruising.

A refresher on our information too!



1) Myself (Joey, 41 DS Christian 13 )

2) Costumes that night. At the moment, we are still with Nightmare Before Christmas theme. That could change last minute though.

3) Yes we are participating in the FE. Lord knows what it will look like, I'm NOT a crafts person! Maybe a NBC Halloween/Christmas Stocking ?!?!?!?

5)Our first cruise ever, Super Super excited and wish it would hurry up!!!!! I pulled out the OLD resort cups "the big fat ones that wouldnt fit in cup holders" and used them for Hot Chocolate this weekend and the nostalga came back for both of us! It started a hours long conversation of how the parks had changed during my son's lifetime. He was acting like an OLD man!. I remember when they were just opening EPCOT!!!!

Looks like we will have Secretariat to go with the traditional NBC and Pirates 1 in the movie theater. Maybe somebody will pull a rabbit out of their hat and surprise us with a classic!

Nice to meet you Allison..tomorrow is October we are surprising our son for this cruisewe did that once before so not sure if I can pull it off again lol..we will be celebrating two birthdays on this cruise DH is Nov 1st and DS is 7th. This will be the second time they have had the chance to celebrate their birthdays on board..lucky ducks..it is soooooo hard not talking about the cruise and I have to still decorate for Halloween at the house or he would get suspicious

What was your experience with the Birthday Celebration? I'm doing it for my 13 year old on the 2nd night. It seemed like that would be the calmest dinner to do it on, no costumes, pirates, or rushing to get packed up.

No, I made halloween shirts with the kids!

YUP!!!!

4) Where are you from? I live on Long Island (never thought I would but I do) and my brother is from CT!

That I made one FE but bought another one cuz I didn't like how mine came out!!! LOL

That I will be working 12 hour days EVERY day till we leave because I'm crazy!!! (I do have Columbus Day off just found out)

That I have never been on a cruise and I'm so excited!

It's so exciting were sort of ready i get my final wage this week so i can change the last of my £££££'s into lovely$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ then we just need to pack properly weve had our cruise info and weve now recieved our airline and accomodation tickets so were all set, our boys are mega excited its our 2 year olds third time but this trip he will turn three so will love it even more and will remember more about this trip, he has remembered that we have booked his birthday meal with pooh bear at crystal palace.

We love cruising, especially on DCL!!! Although for 2 people in our party this will be their first cruise! We are all about experiencing everything on the ship and have fun from the moment we get onboard!

We did the birthday celebration on board. It's nice. They bring you a cake after dinner, sing and the photographer takes pictures. It was cute. DD did not want it loud. She was turning 9 and getting into the "Jeez Mom!!" stage.

We have people on GTY status and they have not yet received them. As soon as you get the stateroom numbers please hit "reply all" to the email and let everyone know your stateroom number.

This will be our 15th Disney Cruise. Last minute getaway for Hubby and I. We just booked it today. We are booked on the Dream in February but decided we couldn't wait to much longer for February. We still haven't told our Daughter that Daddy and I are leaving her home. I think we will do it the night before we leave or that morning as I know she is going to be very upset with us. (she's 20). But she is going with us in February on Dream.

So looking forward to this Cruise. Always wondered what they do for Halloween.

Thank you for putting together the FE list, Allison! And by the way, we're from NJ, too. I think about half our town is going to be at WDW that week, but I don't know of anyone else going on the cruise.

1) Who is traveling with you? We'll have me, DH, DD6, DD4, my mother & father, and DSIL.

2) Are you wearing Halloween costumes when you board? And if so, do you have a theme? Probably not when we board, but we'll be wearing costumes that evening. We'll be Kim Possible characters - Kim, Ron, Rufus & Shego. My father will be a giant raccoon and my mother will be Pocahontas (who else hangs out with a raccoon?). The girls call her Oma, so I'm calling her Omahontas. I *think* DSIL is going to be a pirate , but I'm not positive.

This is our first cruise (except for my parents, who have been on several non-Disney cruises). I feel like I have so much to do before we leave, but we're very excited!
