Yes, I would say PJ's (or less) are pretty common on the verandah's ... just don't lean out too far out over the railing if you don't want to be seen in your "attire" (or lack there of). Others who are also leaning out over the verandah railing to look forward or aft will see you only if you are also leaning out over the railing ... your "neighbors" would actually need to lean out over the railing and look directly back and around behind the divider between your verandah and theirs to see you.

I would caution however, "conversations" on the verandah are another story. I have been sitting out there with a drink with the lights off just relaxing late at night and have overheard some pretty interesting "conversations" from my neighbors ... they assumed no one was out on the verandahs next to them if the lights are not on I guess. Things got pretty quiet real quick (you know, that shocking kind of quiet where everyone immediately cups their hands over their mouths and their eyes bug out in surprise) one time when I slid my chair back and gave a little cough just to let them know I was there.

BTW Bendy- I was skimming through the posts last night and noticed your room number- 6076. Guess we will be neighbors as we are room 6078!!! I know it's going to be your birthday and all so, ah, ahem. Keep it indoors!

Hi Ya!!! Very nice to meet you Cheryl. I'm Shelley and my hubby is Woody. This will be our first cruise!! We are so very excited already. Everyone here is a hoot!

Hi DISNEYDUET I haven't "met you" yet, I'm here trying to get caught up since Sun. morning and there's a lot of pages to read through so I thought I'd say hi and welcome to our cruise!!!! I'm Cheryl and I'll be cruising with my DH Al and our DD Rachel who will be 15 at the time of the cruise. Rachel posts on here too as Tinker_belle so I'm sure you'll be getting to know her too if you haven't met her already. This will be our 6th DCL cruise on the Magic!

YEAH!!!! That is great news Paige!! Congrats! I saw you are in Virginia too. Where abouts? We are in Richmond.

I'm in Triangle and moving onto Quantico MCB probably some time around 1 March. Nice to see someone else living in VA on the boards. Our VA group is growing again, huh Lori?

Paige, you're half right! I thought his real name was Rod. I even called him that a couple of times on an excursion we went on with his family. They also sat near us at dinner every night. It was much later and after the cruise when I realized his name was not Rod at all!! No wonder I got funny looks from him and his wife.

So most of you remember my Godson Spencer who had the horrible motorcycle accident last year?

I just talked to his mom (Donna) and she told me that she and her daughter Stephanie were robbed by three men who broke their way into her house last Friday night. They all had guns and made Donna and Steph lay on a bed with covers over their heads while they ransacked the house.

They took their purses, jewelry, cell phones, electronics (including Spencer's Wii that he got for Christmas) Spencer's wallet, credit cards, and debit cards. They were forced to tell them their pin numbers and were threatened to be killed if they gave out the wrong numbers.

Then they stole all three cars in the driveway.

Most importantly, they were not hurt physically.

The men used her credit card at Walgreens for $106.00 and filled up all the cars with her Citgo card before she could call the banks.

Two of the men have been caught driving two of the cars around. Stephies car has not been found yet.

Sidenote: Many of you have been asking about Spencer too. He is still in a Rehab facility but doing well. Thanks for all your prayers...they helped!!

Nancy how awful and scary. I'm so glad no one was hurt!!!!!!

Thanks for the update on Spencer, we continue to keep him in our prayers.

Hi all. I'm popping in really quickly. Here are my answers---I don'thave a fave resort yet...BL fave is the grey team--bottom line kinds of guys.

I will be in and out over the next few days---We've been offered a house on the base, so I am going to measure windows today, etc., etc. We are very excited as it will be much less expensive to live on base and safer, too. The house is new too so I am thrilled. Anyway, I hope y'all are having a great day and I hope to catch up a little later today.

I thought Rod was Jerkface's real name..........

Yeay! Glad to hear about the house! Especially that it's new - I'd love to move into a new house.

Personally I dont like any without a "head" - i.e. real people ones, I prefer ones with heads on. Is that wierd?

My favourite is Donald

My least favourite is Minnie - she annoys me! - all that head bobbing gets to me. And whenever I've tried to get her autograph she alswyas picks little kids instead - whats all that about - anyone would think WDW is meant for kids and not grown women clutching an autograph book

Lately my favorites are Daisy and Donald Duck. I like their spunk!
