What a workout!!!

15 minutes on the bike
10 minutes on the elliptical
25 minutes on the dreadmill
30 tummy crunches

= over 300 calories burned this morning.

I got more of a workout without the ST there.

I am so proud of myself this morning.......:goodvibes

Good job Andy!!!

I hope you guys are enjoying your s'mores and cookies!! :thumbsup2 I'm off to have my supper....roasted chicken breasts, rice and veggies :crazy2:

Actually never got to the smores. I think we ate so much during the day and with the cookies, we never brought out the smores makings. We did have the fire pit going though.

The brats went over real well. We had Chicken, Mushroom/Swiss, and Pepperjack Cheese brats plus burgers. I like the Pepperjack the best.

Everyone else brought a lot of stuff so we had a big spread.

Let us know how cool it is! I might want to get one. We spoke to the guy at a video game store and he said it is really great and he uses it all the time.

Al, Cheryl's DH, hooked theirs up yesterday. I "tried" the ski jump (I didn't do too good). The kids had fun playing it though.

Good Job Andy.

Wow you guys put some pages up yesterday afternoon/night.

I read back. Sorry I couldn't reply since I got locked out for 15 minutes for not having the right password. I did have the right password, just had the cap locks on. :sad2:

Here are the flip flops I am wearing today and on the cruise. Kind of remind me of Carnival Ships though.

Very cute Becky. :thumbsup2

Woo Hoo! - skinny MG for cruise time. :woohoo:

Not even close Karen. :goodvibes

Yes I did!
By the way shoes not so comfy, had to buy some moleskin from the toe post that keeps rubbing. In fact I have little cuts on the top of my feet from them right now. Oh what us girls do for a fashion statement.:rotfl:

But as long as the shoes are cute.....:rotfl2:

Cass, I was good until I tasted the baked beans. OMG!! I had a second helping and considered it my dessert.

I wouldn't try it at Jeff's house for fear of you guys seeing all the pictures. :scared1: Tony is coming over this weekend to set it up for us here.

Morning all.

First, my apologies for not getting any pics up yesterday. Was having too much fun partying. Actually, if Suz knew I was on the DIS, she'd kill me.

As soon as I can get on my work laptop, I'll post some pics I took. I'm sure Nancy won't be my friend after a couple of them. :rolleyes1 My home computer hangs up way too much. Not sure if I need to restore the system to get all the garbage off the drives.

The party went great. Hope the guests had a good time. We had a good display of fireworks on the horizon. I was lighting my own, so I couldn't give you a count, but I believe it was in excess of 12 (someone else can confirm).

We'll be doing this party again next year. :cool1:

You got that right pal!

Am I alone this morning? :confused3

And even more "alone" if you post some of those pictures dear friend. :scared1:

Sorry guys. I owe you pictures. I'll get some up later today. Hopefully this morning yet.

I took a few, but I'll have to see what Suz took.

I know Nancy and Jen had their cameras going yesterday as well.

We'll let you slide Jeff, but not for much longer........:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Morning Nancy. What time did you roll out of bed this morning? You're not use to being up that late.

Joanne, those were some fabulous pictures. I 've never been to Disneyland (or even California) but if Kristin & Jesse move to Arizona, as threatened, I'm sure I'll make it over there then. Sorry to hear about the Jellyfish sting too.

Andy: I'm surprised that tree didn't cause basement problems for you. It was HUGE!

Becky: I've got August 25th marked on my calendar. I'm hoping Andy takes a personal day that day to get some good pictures for us. (Hint hint). Maybe I'll be sick that day...yeah, yeah, that's it! A sick day!!

So the 4th of July picnic at Jeff's was so much fun. Chuck is so sore this morning he can barely move. He played volleyball and basketball while I bored the ladies with conversation. As promised, Jen brought her Tortuga rum cake and I promised myself one slice. It was soooo worth it. Thanks Jen.

I tell ya, Jeff and Suz hosted one heck of a party. Those two know how to entertain. We all decided that even if Jeff and Suz don't live there anymore next year, we're all going anyway. :rotfl2: We'll just make friends with the new owners. :lmao:

It's true, we saw the firework displays from at least a dozen different parks from their back patio. Jeff and his friend shot off a bunch of their own which were awesome.

Thanks again Jeff and Suz.

Hey losers (and I'm talking about weight ... :lmao: ) I just ordered Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred from Amazon for $11.

It's three 25-minute workouts ... cardio / strength / abs and supposedly if you follow it she claims you can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days. I'll be happy with 10.

There are some ladies on the workout forum that Jay and I hang around on who swear by it. They say it's tough but fairly easy to follow ... and they've had some good results already.

I've gotta look less flabby by the 22nd of August which is when Jay's anniversary trip to Boca Raton begins. I'm not showing up at a posh Florida beach resort looking like Flabby McButt Cheeks with Sausage Link Arms. :lmao:

Brenda,

I have the 30 Day Shred - it is a good workout. I've only done the first one - but wow! I felt like a cripple the day after I did it the first time!
