Morning Nancy. What time did you roll out of bed this morning? You're not use to being up that late.

I am used to being up much later and much earlier. I think it was after 7. I slept in.

MG, we don't have a basement, but the tree roots have given us trouble in the past with getting into our sewer line. We've have had to have the line rodded several times. I did put tree root kill in the line several years ago, I think that was the beginning of the downfall for the tree.

I'm so glad you guys all had a great time! I was thinking about ya'll while Jay and I were clock watching at his parents house.

While the day wasn't as bad as I feared it might be, it still had plenty of moments ... oh my yes.

I have the 30 Day Shred - it is a good workout. I've only done the first one - but wow! I felt like a cripple the day after I did it the first time!

This was Jay's family so Grimmie was nowhere near. I'm sure she behaved well at the casino, though.

The family photo is this afternoon ... I may see if I can get myself injured at the grocery store in order to ruin it.

As for stories, I make a strict policy of putting nothing in print about Jay's family (other than the Toblerone story because that was just too good to pass up). I can't put an amusing spin on the things that take place over there so it's best not to dewll on it.

It's a tough workout, but it's short. I have such an issue squeezing a workout into my day that a 20 minute workout is perfect.

I am going to try to start working out and watching the food intake again starting Monday. Nancy brought me "You on a Diet" to read (as I was standing next to the rum cake ) and I'm going to get started reading that today. I'm going to dig out the 30 day shred and get my butt kicked on that too

Good morning/afternoon all....

First, I have to say a big THANK YOU to Jeff and Suz for a great party yesterday! We had a blast....it was great to see everyone.

Yes, as promised, I brought my Tortuga Rum Cake (chocolate) from the cruise to the gathering...Nancy, you can post the pic if you want

I haven't gotten my camera out of the car yet, we didn't get home until after 11:30, so we haven't unloaded anything from the car yet. It took us a little longer to get home last night, because one of the towns we drive through still has a road closed due to flooding, and we got lost trying to follow the detour (which was different coming home than it was going to Jeff's).

Thomas had so much fun playing with the other kids, and now we also have to try and get our hands on a Wii and Wii Fit - Thomas and Pete both had a lot of fun playing on Cheryl and Al's setup.

BTW Jeff, Thomas's eyes were closed when I backed out of your driveway, and was asleep by the time we turned onto Hwy K!

What a workout!!!

15 minutes on the bike
10 minutes on the elliptical
25 minutes on the dreadmill
30 tummy crunches

= over 300 calories burned this morning.

I got more of a workout without the ST there.

I am so proud of myself this morning.......
