We got home last nite. Boy were we tired. Had a great time at Magic Kingdom for our last hurrah with all of our new and old friends Saturday night. It was so nice to meet Mimi, Mack and Kathleen. Thanks for coming to meet us at Caseys to watch the parade and fireworks. We really enjoyed the fireworks and parade. We spent the entire day there riding all the rides. It was so much fun. Walt and I are like little kids there. I ride all the rides even if i get alittle nauseous. Am I crazy or what. I had my Caseys hot dog and dole whip. We went to Animal Kingdom on Sunday AM. We slept in and got there around 11. Fun as usual. Went on Everest and absolutely loved it. Sorry to hear about all the illnesses. Hopefully everyone feels better soon. I am still swaying too. Hopefully it will stop. I thought maybe i had alittle vertigo. Glad I am not the only one who is feeling this way. It must be normal. He He. Prayers are for all of my buddies who need them. Hope everyone's family members and friends will get better soon. It was so great to be able to know people everywhere I walked on the ship. Yes, Walt and I had a great cruise. Shows, food and friendship were great. I really enjoyed the adult pool and beach. Rocking Bar D was fun. Smoothie meet was great. Our dinner mates were excellent. Robin, Mike, Heather, Rick, Steve and Laura. You all are the greatest. Laura and Steve, I want you to know you have the best behaved kids. They were excellent every meal. Our servers were great too. Yes, I agree all the pictures are great. Keep them coming. Joanne are you missing the pool. You are like my daughter and grandkids. Love the water. I must say again. It was great meeting my old and new friends. I will cherish the memories of this BOB cruise for the rest of my life. Thanks everyone for a great time.

Hello everyone! :wave2:

We are finally home now. I was ready to be back in my own house. We had such a great time meeting everyone. The cruise was so much better because of the great company of all of the BOBers. Here are a couple of the pictures that I took.

One other thing I wanted to tell everyone in the Bobbers....

Some of you know that Abby (my oldest) fainted while in line for Topsiders on Friday morning breakfast. She's ok - she was just dehydrated.

There was a Bobber who I saw a LOT but didn't know his name who helped us out as well as a nurse - wanted to thank you so much for keeping me calm and grounded!

I am a bobber, and I was there. I had seen one of the crew members ask another to call the nurse, and that is when I came over to see what I could do to help. I am glad to help out, whenever needed in the event that I am needed. I am glad that she is okay. There was a few other injuries that I assisted with including a fall from a child running and falling down a flight of stairs. I have always said that I was put on this earth to help out. Sorry you did not know my name. It is Chris. Lol. I know how upset and nervous we can get as parents. Especially when you are not sure what is going on. In this case, there were many thoughts going through my head. As I asked you, it could of been an allergy to an unknown food, to an environment, dehydration, or many other medical conditions. I am glad it was only dehydration, and that she is doing better now.

I call this one "Fishin!" As we were sitting in the water, fish came right up to the shore.

Steve:scared1: - will you please give me a "FISH WARNING" before you post a HUGE BIG SCARY LOOKING FISH next time:scared1: - he nearly left off my screen and ate me:scared1:

Thanks for the well wishes, we just got home from the hospital. Left @ 4:30 this morning, got home at 2:00. Surgery went well, the Dr. took pictures to show things before he cleaned everything up, then once he put the new ACL (hamstring) in. He was hoping to have 7cm of hamstring, ending up having 8.5 cm, was very pleased. Lots of Rest, Ice, Elevation, homework & movie watching for the next wk for sure.

Glad it went well.

Hi peeps

All 3 of us are now at home icky.:sad2:

There is an online questionaire in the uk you can take re H1N1. We took the questionaire and were prescribed tamiflu yesterday even though we only have half the symptoms.:confused3 I have now had it for 4 days, Neils 2 and Ellis 1 1/2. Apparantly it only lasts 5-7 anyway so I'm going without it if I can.

Doesd up on paracetamol and flu and cough syrup etc. Have unpacked one case and nothing else. Still havent even viewed our photos!

Sorry to hear so many others are icky too. :grouphug:

Thanks for the Kind words Di! Laura and I agree that one of the best parts of this cruise were our table mates. We enjoyed going to dinner everynight and catching up with everyone.

Oh man, Karen. I'm sorry you guys are under the weather. Tamiflu will work on mostly anytype of flu. it is an antiviral that will shorten the duration of most flus and mitigate some of the more severe effects of them. Get better soon!

Let Ellis know that I'll work on getting Stuart's email up as soon as I can, Then I'll PM you the addy. I have to say that Stuart really enjoyed getting to know Ellis this trip. He still talks about Ellis and Logan (especially when playing Rollercoaster tycoon)

Matthew, Awesome Job on the Group pic. I swiped it too.

Just wanted to say we had a great time as well on the cruise. There was so much to do it was sometimes hard to figure out what to do first. Wanted to post a photo of one of the sunsets which is now my screen saver. We rebooked for 2011 for a med/european cruise.

Thanks again for all the info on the board.

Love the photo. I'm sure you'll have a great time in 2011.

Hi Matthew. Glad you got home safely. Thanks for sharing the photos. Thay came out excellent. Good to meet you and Beth and the girls.

I just caught up on everyone's posts. Sorry to hear the sad news from some and the sickness of others. :grouphug: to everyone.

As Matthew posted, we were at WDW a few extra days. I was actually glad to be heading home. MNSSHP was great! Glad to have met up with Bobbers one more time. :thumbsup2

Matthew posted our plans for Monday. We did everything except get to T-Rex for the Chocolate Extinction. Instead, we headed over to Bay Lake Towers to check out the rooms. We made it just at their closing time. (DVC member preview rooms.) They are amazing. Sarah asked if we could live in one of those rooms. (Yes, she did say "live"!:cutie:)

After we got home yesturday, Matthew went out for a few groceries. Then we got a call from our friends inviting us out to dinner for her daughter's birthday (Megan's friend). So, we had one last celebratory dinner to top off our vacation!:goodvibes

I fell asleep watching Dancing with the Stars on DVR. Sarah conked out reading. I finally got up, put her to bed and watched a couple more dancers before calling it a night. Then, I forgot to change the time on my alarm clock. Got woken up at 5:20 instead of 6:20! Ah, well, at least it was mine and not Megan's. I slept another hour before getting her up for school.

Almost forgot: great pictures of Trunk Bay! Matthew has decided to plan for a trip to St Thomas sometime. It would be great to spend a few days there and visit St John's and the other islands. I will say that Trunk Bay was one of the few beaches I didn't want to leave. I could have stayed there a few more hours and come back the next day!:cloud9:

Me too! The wine and color changing Cheetos were a great treat, too, don't you think? Thanks Suz and Jeff!:goodvibes

Thanks so much Chris!!! I saw you ALL the time around the ship and I felt bad for not knowing who it was that helped. Of course, I feel bad because I thought she was faking it all at first (she is a bit of a drama queen!) If you ask her, that's her favorite memory of the trip (weird, weird kid!!)

Thank you so much again, Chris - it helped calm me down quite a bit!

Hey everyone...

I am home today with a "sick" kid. I think Jay just had the 8:15 stomach virus. Now that it is 10:30 he is up and about like normal. They only have a half day today anyway, so I am not stressing too much.

We have those 8:15 viruses quite often at our place, Chris. :rolleyes1 Glad it's not something serious. :thumbsup2
