Hi fellow cruisers -

We got home early this morning. I've been quite busy with washing, shopping, & bills as I'm sure everyone else has. Haven't had time to read through the post-cruise posts but I promise I will. In the meantime, I want to say how much we enjoyed meeting all our DIS board friends. It was an amazing time wasn't it! So many memories were made. I will especially remember my birthday serenade at the pool and of course who can ever forget Match your Mate!!! To you Walter fans, as bad as it was, I kind of wished he was serving me tonight instead of me getting supper!! At least I was being waited on! Catch up later..................

I can't swim up here in the frigid north country!! Its in the 40's here.

Oh Nancy. I'm sorry to here this. We too got some bad news. Rick's Mum was admitted to hospital after a slight stroke and problems now with her heart tablets. She's home now...and getting better.

Wow, that's a scare too! Glad she's doing ok at home now.

Hello Everyone -

My thoughts and prayers goes out to all that came home to bad news.

I am happy that I had a chance to put faces to names and to those I didn't meet, maybe a BOBer 3 will give me that chance....

I too am sick as did not make most of the meets because of Johnathan being seasick or me pretty much not feeling well by Thirsday.

Came home to find out that I have a sinus infection along with bronchitis..not a great mix.

Thank you for all my wonder tag gifts!! I really enjoyed them as well as trying to find everyone's stateroom. I managed to only get caught once...lol. I too hated deck 5...very confusing!!

One other thing I wanted to tell everyone in the Bobbers....

Some of you know that Abby (my oldest) fainted while in line for Topsiders on Friday morning breakfast. She's ok - she was just dehydrated.

There was a Bobber who I saw a LOT but didn't know his name who helped us out as well as a nurse - wanted to thank you so much for keeping me calm and grounded!

I wish we got to socialize more with the Bobbers. As I mentioned, I'm TERRIBLY shy and we had some sickness/difficulties with Abby - but whenever the next cruise is scheduled, we will be there (just me and Dave!!) I'm thinking of surprising him with a 4 day Bahamas cruise in December 2010... I priced it out and a Cat 10 for the 2 of us is only about $1300!!

Getting back to work. I posted all 1600 (yes.. you read that right) pictures on snapfish (took overnight to get them all up). I am culling them down and going to post the best ones. I'm alos going to make a memory book while I'm at it!

I kept Emily home from school with headache, congestion, achiness....now she has a fever and went to bed at 8pm. I will take her in to see the doc tomorrow. Of course this week the school sent home all the info about H1N1, and getting the immunization, so I am a little panicked. I am sure she is fine, but you know how you worry at night...

Janice/Mark, glad to hear all is well with Bryce. He did well because he built up his strength with all those meals on the cruise.

I hope everything goes well. I learned today that one of the boys on my grandson's hockey team is being treated for Swine flu. I assume that means he tested positive. Hopefully the rest of the boys won't get it.

Just wanted to say we had a great time as well on the cruise. There was so much to do it was sometimes hard to figure out what to do first. Wanted to post a photo of one of the sunsets which is now my screen saver. We rebooked for 2011 for a med/european cruise.
