i recall in your vegas trippie, you like guys that smell.:lmao::rotfl2:

Yes, I said I liked nice smelling guys, not old smelling ones, remember? ;)

Hey Cass you still up for wed night? I think Sean wants to talk to Rob about AC/DC in Edmonton..LOL :lmao:

Yup, tomorrow night is on :thumbsup2 Oh and I know we are supposed to be cooking healthy but I am making an exception tomorrow because I have been craving scalloped potatoes forever now :rolleyes1

We have to skip next Wednesday though because we have family coming over.

Off to ellipticalize :yay:

I'm getting tired. I think I will go find my bed after I walk Jasmine (my dog). She doesn't know the boundaries here at the inlaws so I can't just let her go like I do at home.

Goodnight everyone.

Yeah, that is why we opted for the Cat 9. It was enough to pay for a hole other cruise.

As for AFEG, I talked to him yesterday. They are in London today. Went up to Scotland on Sunday to Edenburgh (sp?) - where the Harry Potter stuff was from.

Wow!!! how fun for Rachael, Ryan and Rosie and rest of gang. Hope Rachael will post pictures when she gets home. Diane

Which category were you in Heather? $3500 for two of you is pretty good :thumbsup2

Cass,

Heather was in Cat 11 on the Repo. She got one of the sideways ones.

I haven't done all my digging, but I did find a print off from DCL's site of the Rates for the EB Repo (these are per person, before any discounts or taxes):

Cat 1 = $6,699-$7,099
Cat 2 = $6,199-$6,599
Cat 3 = $5,299-$5,699
Cat 4 = $3,969-$4,519
Cat 5 = $3,429-$3,979
Cat 6 = $3,329-$3,879
Cat 7 = $3,149-$3,699
Cat 8 = $2,649-$3,249
Cat 9 = $2,199-$2,999
Cat 10 = $1,869-$2,499
Cat 11 = $1,699-$2,399
Cat 12 = $1,599-$2,299

Under Age 3 = $329
Ages 3 - 12 = $999-$2,699
Ages 13+ = $1,099-$2,699

If you take ours, Cat 9, it would be $5,397 before taxes, which I from what I could tell were around $163.

I did see our price with the Onboard Booking Discount, with taxes and no insurance or transfers, was $5,199.72.

I'll try to find that exact price on the Cat 7 and also to see if I wrote down the Cat 8 price.

Chris is getting her to see as much as possible  She is having a great time! She says it is very pretty and it is the coolest place she has ever been! She even ate some fish yesterday and she told me it was OK and she usually doesn't eat fish. She now says she wants to move to England. Today I got home from work too late for her to call with the time difference, but tomorrow I am able to get out of work early so I am hoping she will be able to call me again and let me know what she thought of London. It is very strange and quiet around here with her gone.

At lunch today I was telling Suz about the eggs my dad hand painted himself when Chuck and I got married. These are real egg shells. He poked holes in the top and bottom and blew out the contents without breaking any of the shells. Then he would paint them. Here are mine:

Both of our kids also have their own too. Too bad my dad didn't pass his talents onto his daughter. I couldn't draw a straight line even if I had a ruler!

I was just skimming back trying to get caught up from the weekend when I saw this. WOW Nancy those are beautiful, your Dad is very talented, what a neat keepsake to have :cool1:

Evening Cheryl. How are you?

I won't be on too long, my head is killing me. I was up past 3:00 this morning getting what I thought was the last of the taxes done, only to have one client have an additional change that I had to rework before delivering them today. I got up then by 8:00 (after turning the alarm off at 6:00 for Suz). I will be taking a Tylenol PM tonight and getting some much needed sleep.

Hey, is anyone getting a pop-up when they get a PM? I use to and I have my box checked to have that happen, but I'm not getting that notice.

Only when I look up top and see that I have a message do I know.

I'm not getting the pop-up anymore either and I miss it.

Hi Jeff, I'll bet you're glad tax time is over! Hopefully you can sleep in tomorrow!
I'm good, just sent Rach and email and was trying to skim through here a little. I'm not sure why I'm still up, it was a long day at work today and I have to be back there at 7am so I'm not going to last much longer here either.

I just took my 2 T-PM's, so I'll be done here within 15 minutes. I'll say goodnight now, just in case I fall asleep at the keyboard. :rotfl:

hey al.. was yesterday your birthday??
happy birthday.:dance3::banana:
heres a pic of your baby so you dont forget what she looks like.:cutie::cutie:

Thanks Mike :grouphug: It's amazing how much our baby has changed in the less than 2 years since that cruise :cutie: You actually have both weekend birthday boys in that picture, Chris' (Morsel) birthday was Sat. and you were right about Al's having been on Sun.

Goodnight Jeff. Falling asleep at the keyboard can be done, just ask Al he's already done it :lmao: but then again he can fall asleep anywhere

For those of you looking for repo pricing, I went through my first stack of papers, but I didn't find anything other than the ressie we traveled on. I know I have the original "dummy" reservation that I wrote all the pricing on. I just have to find it. That sheet should have the Cat 7 quote, along with the Cat 8 pricing and maybe even Cat 6 pricing.

I think if you use the chart I posted earlier, add about $150+ in taxes, and figure slightly under 10% for an onboard discount, if you can get one, you should be in the ball park for Tier 1 pricing. The credit isn't a true 10% because of fees and other taxes.

As for OB Discounts, you may not be able to wait until the BOB to get a dummy date. If they release when they did for 2010, it will be before we sail in October.

Goodnight. I'm actually going to head to bed now. I'll check back in the morning.

Wii

A few asked re the new game I bought

Its MUCH harder than the wii fit, more "proper" exercise.

Took about 25 minutes to set up - it asks a lot of questions re height, measurements, ability etc so it can work out a programme for you suitable for your ability.

I just did 2 x 15 minute workouts this morning, because I was going walking later... it was quite a hard workout, it asks you a few times to grade your ability eg too easy, working hard, couldnt keep up etc. It was constant 15 minutes rather than the wii fit where you stop start all the time.

It also utilises any fitness equipment you have at home. It asks what you have and then puts in exercises to use these items, eg hand weights, heart rate monitor, ball, step.

It also grades the exercises into a "difficulty" category... most of the exercises the trainer gave me to do today were either level 1,2 or 3. I presume these will continue to get more difficult as I (hopefully) progress.

You can also choose the "room" you exercise in, manhattan loft apartment, zen peaceful garden etc. I only had 3 to choose from, but more will open up as I exercise.

You get to choose from different types of exercise too, eg yoga, cardio, etc and the type of music you want to exercise too. More options on these will open up later too.

She will recomend a programme, but you can choose eg yoga if you dont fancy cardio that day.

You also choose which days you exercise and for how long.

I had to be careful with some of hte exercises due to my back, but so far so good:thumbsup2

There was an option to add exercise points too - not sure what this was, but I presume its if you exercise in addition to the game you can add it in, eg my walking today:thumbsup2

At the end of each workout it tells you how many calories you've burned! - I liked that bit:goodvibes

Any questions let me know and I'll try to answer.

Would I recomend it? - yes! - although.... ask me tomorrow when I'm aching:rolleyes1

Thanks for the review Karen. I think I might order this from Amazon with my gift certificate that I still have from Christmas.
