Did you get my message telling that we were staying an extra day so we could go to MNSSHP.

Dan

HI! I think we and Kathy are staying at AKL. You all and Joanne and Roger should stay there too and we can all go to the MNSHP together.
Give Nancy our best.

Thats sound like a plan . I hope the lady from Destin Fla thinks its a good plan WELL.
Dan

PS Nancy as we speak is having a Masssage.

After what transpired over the weekend, then again this morning, it is with a heavy heart that I share that Hazel and I have decided to cancel both our May 2009 and October 2009 cruises. :sad1:

I sent an e-mail to Sue Ellen at Dreams Unlimited earlier this morning asking her to cancel our reservation, if anyone is interested in either SPH connecting staterooms 5522 or 5524 for the BOB cruise, feel to contact her and see if they are still available. My mom had me cancel her reservation as well this morning.

Sorry to be a downer on a Monday, but we really had no choice in the matter.

I wish all of you nothing but a MAGICal time next October. :)

Andy, I am so sorry to hear this. I can't imagine this cruise is going to be the same without you guys. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. :sad1:

I have the navagation system and it is a boring American male voice. It is like having Tommy tell me where to go when I am driving and sometimes I will go the other way just to hear it tell me I am wrong. I am waiting for it to start cussing at me any day. :rotfl2:

Mine just recalculates. It also turns down the stereo when it gives me instructions.

I remember seeing an episode of the Chris Isaak show where he had a nav system that used the voice of an actress ex-girlfriend of his. When he missed a turn it said things like 'I told you to turn there, why don't you listen to me, you never listen to me' etc. It was absolutely hysterical!

Thanks everyone for your concern. :goodvibes

Things are going to be a bit tight here for awhile, but we will get through it and be the better for it, I'm sure. We are staying positive. :thumbsup2

Garmin is also clueless around NYC! I yell back at mine when it constantly says, "recalculating".

Hey Chris - don't know if you saw the SI article about the ceremony to move the pitching rubber and home plate from the old to the new stadium on Saturday. David Cone had this to say: "This piece of rubber is special, because this is how we made our living, on this piece of rubber," said Cone, standing on the wet grass in the empty, illuminated ballpark.

Glancing up at the bleachers, the 45-year-old added with a smile, "That's where the 'Bleacher Creatures' would yell our names, and the bleachers shook during games."

Oh, no, I'm getting teary again :sad1:

Andy, we will definitely miss you... on the thread and on the cruise. No offense to anyone else here, but you have been the heart of the thread. Please keep in touch. I'll add lots of :grouphug: and pixiedust: and prayers to those of everyone else.

We really wanted to get CB for our Feb package that we don't know if we're doing yet. It looks really nice. So the refurbishment was good? Is the main pool done yet? What building did you stay in? I'm eyeing Jamaica if we had a choice.

we stayed in barbados.:thumbsup2
the main pool seemed to be done. we really didnt have time to swim.
too busy playing.:cool2: :rolleyes1
we were amazed at the luck we had with the bus system the entire trip. it seemed like every time we got to a bus stop, a bus would pull up.:thumbsup2
the first day at CB, we had a private bus ride to MK. it was our anniversary that day so i told robin i set it up that way to be romantic. :lovestruc
i didnt get a smoocher on the bus though.:sad2:
i did get one at MK (as evident in our photopass pics):cool2:

and a belated happy anniversary to paige:cutie: and rob:cool2: .

i'm getting waaaay behind on my dissing.:rolleyes1

I read that in the Daily News the other day. I keep looking in the mailbox everyday for my 2009 Ticket License information. I am dying to know if I will get into Section 203...the new Bleacher Creature section. I called the Yankees the end of September and they said they hope to have the relocation complete in a couple of months. Let's hope they stick to the timeline!

Andy, I'm sorry to hear about your news. Here's some pixiedust: and :grouphug: for you for whatever it is you are going through right now.
Maybe things will change and you will book with us after all. :thumbsup2

Melody, I just got through day 4 of your report. What a fabulous day!!!! :cool1: :thumbsup2

Sorry to hear about the problems getting Amelia's dress but she looks gorgeous in it!!

I had to laugh about Amelia passing out in your lap at your lunch :lmao: Poor kiddo :goodvibes I love how your kids just pass right out in the middle of everything. Kira does not do that...ever! :sad2: :rolleyes1 Maybe next year

And I loved your little pizza party! :woohoo: Precious!

Did I not read it right...I thought you were visiting the UK in 2010?

A FO

I am. 2010. Late July early August. Whenever Sean and Cath tell me I can come. I hope to see all the UK KKers while swinging by their towns or at least near by. I know we will be in London. I can't wait to see everything there. Maybe you can be our tour guide.:thumbsup2

I still have 24 pages to catch up on but am skimming todays real quick. I see that Andy is canceling.:sad1: I'm so sorry. I will have to go back and find out why.:confused3
