Ok, I have sent the villa owner a pm mentioning that I know he's offering a 20% discount for confirmed bookings for 2009 if booked by the end of the month on his website. That would bring the price down to $840 I'm just waiting to see if he agrees!

That would be well within my price range

I am not finalizing my accomodations until I know our flight information which I don't anticipate booking until June or July of next year. If we arrive early in the day on 10/23, we will stay in PC at either the Residence or Radisson. If we have a flight later in the evening we will stay at the Hyatt at MCO.

I have considered staying in those villas the last few times at WDW. The private pool does intrigue me.
