That is GREAT news! I like to wander a little in St. Thomas, which is much easier to do it the ship is docked.

I edited my last post to say, we were on the "Magic" three times and docked each time at St. Thomas.

Good morning all! Good luck to Lina and welcome to our new cruisers!

Not a lot going on here today. Yesterday we flipped between ND and OSU but stuck with Notre Dame when the Buckeye game stopped being a game. Lots of upsets yesterday! Toledo beat Michigan and I think Florida beat LSU! Wow!

Booked a trip yesterday that will be part of Laxlad's Christmas present this year. There is a big weekend at M&T Stadium in Baltimore the last weekend in Feb. where Duke and Johns Hopkins play a couple of games of lacrosse. It is a double header but I can't remember who they play. DH travels enough that we used points for most of the trip. He is going to flip out!!! Now I just have to remember to buy tickets when they come out November 1st!

I'm glad to hear that the Magic usually docks instead of tender at St. Thomas. We have never been to these ports but have wanted to do this cruise for several years!

Just got through putting a Pork Butt in Crock pot to cook for the day and maybe later on we will have some pulled pork.
It has been a busy weekend so far. Went to our oldest grandsons football game yesterday. Today we head to hockey for the other grandson.
It looks like we will have a great group for the cruise.

Please tell Lina to enjoy her first day as a CM at the Disney store! I think that would be a good way for me to make some extra money if it weren't so far from my house.

So, I drop Lina off in front of the mall and head home. I'm about halfway home when my cell phone starts playing, "When You Wish Upon a Star" and it's Lina calling letting me know she left her paperwork at home that she needed to show the store manager today. I told her I would pick it up and bring it back to the store. It wouldn't be "my kid" if she didn't forget something, she and Hazel are so much alike........

Well, not really sure where the weekend has disappeared to

Havent been in the house for more than 10 minutes at a time before shooting out to yet another event for Ellis

And how the heck did I manage to volunteer to help out at the three and half hour craft event at Beavers yesterday???? - the words just shot out of my mouth before I could stop them All the other parents just threw their kids through the door and ran ... I could see they were short staffed so I volunteered ,....why cant I be more like the "throw them in and run" parents

I ended up covered in plaster dust and my manicure is now hideous

He's had a great weekend including a bowling party he went to this morning... although I need to start charging him taxi (no wait a minute ... chauffeur) rates

We had 6 minutes to make a sandwich, get him out of his party clothes and into his karate whites and back into the car for karate at lunchtime. Lunch was a quick sandwich in the car enroute I actually had time for a cup of tea from a vending machine while I waited for him to do his grading. I think that was my first hot drink all weekend

I wouldnt mind but tomorrow I'm in school all day for the PTA, then Tuesday I'm involved in the Infant school Entertainer

At some point I've promised myself that I'll do some housework

Well, I'm off to cook dinner.... later peeps
