Good morning everyone!

We went to the Poconos yesterday, walked around EB's old neighboorhood by the Lake and let the kids play at the park. It was so much fun and was gorgeous out.

Today we might be going to a pumpkin patch and hay ride.

I'll have to post pics.

It's been such beautiful weather all weekend, it's hard to resist.

Good morning all,

We did that yesterday. My sister bought the kids pumpkins that tipped the scales at 42 and 32 pounds! They are the nicest pumpkins that have graced the front of my house in my 34 years of life.

We started with a hayride, then apple picking, then we picked out the pumpkins. It was a fun day and the weather was awesome! I started wearing a hoodie, but had to take it off after awhile as it got rather warm.

Good morning everyone.

In a few short hours, Lina starts her first day at The Disney Store, she is so excited to be starting there today!!! :)

:shamrock: Good Luck to Lina today. :shamrock: Tell her not to forget to put her Aunt Nancy's name down as a relative for those family discounts.

I was looking at the shore excursion lists provided by Cass (thanks!) and I have an actual CRUISE related question! :lmao:

Does the Magic always tender into St. Thomas? Or is it dependent on how many ships are in port on a particular day?

I've only been to St. Thomas twice, once on RCCL & once on Princess, but both times the ship docked, which was really convenient.

I am pretty sure she always docks. I have only rarely heard of ships tendering in St. Thomas.

I agree with you, its alwasy so much easier to just walk off.

BTW, I love the pic of you at monument park on the "Who's Going Page." Was that Babe Ruth's Monument you are hugging??

Just went online to see the final score:

No. 6 Penn State dismantles Wisconsin 48-7
Tracy and I watched the game. Penn State should be moving up in the BCS.
Thanks Heather......:goodvibes

I hope she has a great first day. Congrats on your first day as a CM Lina!

Boy, you should be detective!!! :worship:

That is me with the Babe - I was rubbing his nose for luck! We did the stadium tour in August and it was incredible!!! :yay: There were only 50 people and we got to spend a good deal of time in Monument Park, came out Mariano's door ;) (although Enter Sandman was not playing) walkED around the field to the dugout and even got to look in the clubhouse. Looks like they are still running tours this month, although I'm guessing that a diehard fan like you has already done the tour! :lmao:

When Rob is doing some work on the computer, you will find me on a Wheel of Fortune slot machine :woohoo:

Cass have a great trip.

I actually have never taken the tour. I know...its hard to believe! My sister and I were talking about it this weekend but couldn't in good conscience leave my wife and kids home while we go to NYC for the day.

I have taken tours at Turner Field and PNC Park, both of which I was in those cities on business. The tour at PNC was a reception by one of our vendors and the tour really stunk. At Turner Field we were able to see and do so much more. The tour guide guy at PNC got mad at me. He made a comment about the fact that there is only one active player that wears #42 and I uttered a "Go Mo" while he was talking. He looked at me and said, "excuse me?" I said, "just giving my man Mo some love." He didn't look amused. Oh well, it feels good having the greatest closer of all time, and when he is your favorite player it is even sweeter!

Sorry Kath, I had to cut out Babe to be able to see you on your pic :rolleyes1 :goodvibes

That's OK. I was having trouble finding a picture of myself and that was the best I could do. But Detective Chris figured it out!:rotfl2:

Well, it's not often that I am awake BEFORE my daughter :rolleyes1

We have been to St. Thomas three times on the Magic and have docked each time.....:goodvibes

You should really try to make it down there before they tear it down. The tour is only an hour. Everyone at the stadium was so friendly, it was a real family feeling. There was a certain amount of commentary, but most of the time we were left to enjoy (as long as we didn't step on the grass!). The best part for me was looking up in the tunnel between the clubhouse and the dugout and seeing Joe D's sign "I want to thank the Good Lord for making me a Yankee"
