Happy Birthday Mr. Karaoke...aka Andy.....how does it feel to be 39???

Nancy...I would definitely up the ante for you to remain tablemates...a free drink at Castaway Club, free drinks on Deck 9, a free movie, a free DVC visor...heck maybe she will throw in the mints that are left on her pillow...did you notice that Ave is getting an obscene towel animal on her bed.....had we gotten that offer, it might have made a difference!! Only kidding Jeanne...we will miss you and John and Nancy and Norm as our tablemates!!

Boy Peter....look at all of the tips you will be getting from all of us who have jumped ship to be our head waiter....my tip....buy low, sell high....oh forgot, that is with stocks!!

Ooops,
another heavy loss for the group (Pardon the pun, my friends ;) ), but we'll see you in NYC. At least it comes in time for the next update, which is due tonight. That is, if the Track & Field Worldchampionship is on tonight again (Yesterday it was cancelled due to adverse weather).
So Marianne now has to sing alone :teeth: and naked :earseek:

Oh to be 39 again.

By the way a saying I was once told goes

You're only as old as the women you feel

Ashley(Wishing to be 39 again)

Andy has seen 39 come and go and has the gray hairs to prove it(yes I know gray hair has nothing to do with age)....

Okay "ship jumpers " LOL You all better make Cookie Night this year just so we can all get together....

It was a hard choise for us...we have sooooo many friends on both cruises...however,looks like Disney will be doing longer cruises every so often,so we will do another one someday.....

Our hopes are that BOTH cruises have smooth waters and an abundance of wonderful friends.

Bette

We'll still be there! With the curds too!!

Tracy

Should we rename our cruise...Cruisetoberfest III 1/2???? ;)

I'll miss everyone who moved to Sept., but hope you have a wonderful trip!

Eric, on the List, can you change us to Late dining? thanks!

Smile,
Laura :)
Can't wait to go on the Wonder in a few weeks with my 3 sisters. "Little Women Cruise" :earsgirl:

Jenn - If Peter wants something to do, we have a basement for him too! It is our "Saturday" and we are in the process of tearing down our old ceiling, in preparation for our drop ceiling and lights. It's a good thing we are fairly average height, cause our basement is losing an inch or too, but got to give Chris his "Theater" room. I told him with a lot of cookies and good food we might be able to get some assistance, but there is NO WAY MY cooking is enticing anyone to Detroit Metro!:rotfl:

More well wishes for our 11 days cruisers, have a great time, we want to hear all about it, Chris is especially chomping at the bit to try to plan a longer cruise.

Eric - I have a whole disc of pictures from school, I will post a few so everyone can see the variety of dogs we had, I just have to shrink to fit so the DIS moderators don't get mad. Judy (the dog in the article) was my second dog, she graduated with flying colors and went with a friend to Arizona. I found out the hard way last time - two Alpha females in one team, requires lots of extra strength Excedrin.:headache: Denise

PS - I know we have lots of people who live in the area, but we are going to WDW on Sept 18th, if anyone needs something, let us know.

NO WAY,
Cruisetoberfest IV it is. Even though we lost several people our group will still probably be larger than the first three Cruisetoberfests with still more than a year to go. I just checked The List:
-Only 3 couples/families who participated in all Fests are still with us
*CheesePlease
*RellingTwin
*Viking
-We have many cruisers who did two Fests
-many who did one
-and many, many new friends

Laura,
I changed your dining, but once again for everyone:
Please send all requests reagrding The List to our Yahoo-Account as I may very easily miss things on the Boards - and it also is much more work to scroll through the posts to compile the data.

Wendy,
I'd like to have that link. Could you please send it ty AOL? Danke schön :wave2:

Folks,
the Shrinking List has just arrived in your mailboxes - check it out.

We're watching the Javelin Throw right now - VERY exciting!!!

Eric - thank you for the updated list and I have sent you the link.
Going to watch the first episode of Lost tonight - it is just starting on British terrestrial TV tonight. Anything rather than starting school work!
Wendy

Mary Jo, Sam, Sarah, Arlene and Andy, So sorry to see you go. You will be missed. Maryanne is now the only Kereoker  aboard with our group. That should still be enough to get DH to let me come out at night and play. :teeth:

To anyone staying at the port the Friday before we cruise: Just for fun I checked out the Radissons web page for rates. Boy! :scared1: They have sure gone way up. And the Oct 06 rates aren't even posted yet. I also looked at a few other places. (Ron Jons looks nice) So if anyone has any suggestions, let's hear them.

Also checked into getting passports for the 4 of us. That's going to cost us a few hundred $.

House update: The septic system cost almost $4,000 more then we planned on. :earseek: So we are having to do a bit of fancy footwork with the financing people. I spoke with them yesterday, and sent them a fax today. We'll have to wait to see what happens. :confused3

I'm feeling very poor now. :guilty:

Later, Avé

Ave' - Wow - $4000 more than you planned on! What a bummer and what a shock that must have been. Sounds as tho someone must have given you a wrong estimate. Hope everything works out OK.

Laura -- I'll be interested to see what you think of the Wonder, decor-wise. We did our first Wonder cruise in June and altho the 2 ships are identical in layout, the Wonder is a little more modern in some of its decorations. I prefer the Magic myself.

Couldn't get on to the boards today for several hours and I was having withdrawal symptoms. Glad to see everything is back to normal.

I was just checking the Yahoo music site to see if they finally declared a winner and, lo and behold, my son's video won! Thank-you a million times over to all those who voted. I am sure this will tremendously help jumpstart his career. Now it will be presented as the featured video on the site for another month. I'm so excited for him, the band and the production company (former classmates from NYU). Again, thanks to all of you for your support!

Ouch Ave on the $4000. Thanks for looking at hotel rates. I probably won't know what we are doing until mid 2006 once airfares come out. We have always stayed at the Radisson, but are usually late arrivals. I think last year was the first time we were there early and that is only because AirTran had changed my flight.

Jean--- We have been on both the Wonder and the Magic and I also think the Wonder is a more modern decor. It has been several years since we sailed on the Wonder. The other thing is that the cat 7 navigator room has a bigger hole opening on the verendah. Does that make sense?

Wendy--- I just started watching Lost over the summer. They are running all the reruns so that when the new season starts I should be caught up to what is happening.

Nancy
