Did you get any photos of us on top of Hell's Gate? I thought John had remained on the boat and so I kept waving for him to take my picture. I didn't realize he decided to join the second set of "explorers" and so we have no photos!

Nancy: Clay's concert was last night and it was AWESOME!!!!!!
I could not believe the number of women my age that made total fools of themselves, but it was alot of fun! We had absolutely amazing seats very close up, which I didn't realize until we got there. I brought a set of binoculars, but didn't need them. It was my first time at the state fair, and I have to say it was not nearly as bad as I anticipated. Gotta love my new favorite food.....deep fried Oreos!

Arlene: hope you're feeling better......loved having you guys as tablemates. I found the photo of John with that doctor you mentioned but we forgot what the connection was again.

Ladies: can we ALL do "Dancing Queen" next time? What, they can't find the music.......let's just curse and drink some more.....oops, gotta be careful what I say......."she" could be a lurker!

dcannon101: I think hubby and I met your wife while we were waiting to get our Ducky prints signed. Come to think of it, I think she 'fessed up to being a lurker as well.....NOT the same one as above!

OK, I have my last golf game today with the ladies....Thank God! I thoroughly expect to get the ****ie prize for being the worst player! (isn't that what Mike and Art got on the beach?!?) Eric, care to tell all the new people why you and Anja don't play golf? Oh, forget it, this is a family board........!!!!!!

Well, I got a pic of one of the "ladies" on the beach inadvertently. I was taking a pic of a bird drinking someone's pina colada and there she is in the background. I didn't even see her in the picture, but of course, Lenny noticed.

No pics of the turtles for me.

I've got pictures! I need to scan them in (taken with the water camera), but I even have one of John crossing the bridge. I have a couple of Jeanne's backside (mine too) that Bill took. Ok, he was taking pictures of the line of us, but that's what we got. As I recall, Eric, Anja, Tim, maybe Jill are for sure in the pictures. I know there are others, but I can't remember who now. Jeanne I can e-mail them to you if you want once I scan them.

I took the the film from our watercam to the lab last Thursdayand chose three-day-processing, but didn't have the time to pick them up so far. I'll probably do it on Friday.
There should be 10 or so pics from the Eco-Tour on it, and as I also ordered a CD I'll mail them ASAP.

I toyed with the idea of golf for quite a time, but Anja isn't interested -Because she thinks it is boring - Not what you are thinking
I think it is a fascinating sport, but Anja and I only do sports we can do together and as long as she doesn't want to play golf I have to stick to Weightlifting, Aerobics, Running, Inline-Skating, Badminton and diving.

BTW,
with two days on the island I will do the Jetski-Tour at CastawayCay. Anyone want to join me? - I'm still trying to convince Anja , but this may be one sport I have to do on my own

OK, the first day it is and Anja will join us - I convinced her that It'll be fun. They call up about $165 for the two-seater, but I'm sure it will be worth it.
After having fixed plans for the first day at CC and for Cozumel we now only have to think about the second day at CC and Costa Maya. I guess we have to rush it - with less than two years to go

I just booked a flight to Hamburg on the internet for January 29 til 30. It's Anja's Granny's 95th birthday and as she lives about 380 miles away I don't intend to that on wheels in midwinter. We would have to cross a mountain range on the way up there on a Friday when everybody is on the Autobahn - NO WAY!!!! We'll fly to Hamburg and rent a car for the remaining 60 miles. BTW, what I call a mountain range, you Mile-High-People would call pimples on Mother Earth's face: They're just about 1500' above MSL I hope to see your wonderful landscape again. Perhaps I can convince my company of sending me to Denver again But I guess my chances are slim for next year

Funny thing: Although we already know our vacation plans for '06 we still haven't got a clue for '05 We're considering a week in Vienna or Amsterdam in spring, a week in the Mediterranean in early summer and two weeks on the Canary Islands in late summer. Additionally we will spend an extended weekend with our new German friends either in Europa-Park or Disneyland Paris, but nothing has been fixed yet. The catalogues for next season aren't out yet, but our TA will send them automatically - We're his best customers!!
BTW, they're back and we already exchanged mails today. They may pop up on the Boards anytime, their username is 'Chiara'.

Boy this is a really active group. I see I am going to have to look at all of the new posts every day or it is going to take a while to "catch-up".

Winotracy - Did you change your name to better reflect your true self? LOL The wedding was really nice. It was just like extending the cruise for one more "free" meal. We left early though because we were beat. As for the napping comment, you never really know if I am sleeping or just resting my eyes!!

Twinave - This was our 4th Disney cruise. Three on the Magic and one on the Wonder. We have also cruised RCCL, Carnival, Princess and HAL.

Jeanneg - You probably did meet my wife in the "Ducky" line. She sent me off to learn how to fold napkins into animals I think. Its hard to make those things out of the napkins from McDonalds though.

The Jet-ski tour looks like fun. At 15 and 13 I'm sure both the older girls will want to go as well. Was there an age restriction? At $165 each there may be a cost restriction though.

Jeanne, I have lots of pictures of everyone on top of Hell's Gate. I can't do the fancy scan and send thing. But I may be able to talk DD into helping me send you the pics from our CD.

Dale, When you use the McDonald napkins it's call origami. Reading the boards daily is the only way to keep up with this group. It's also habit forming.

Thanks for all your well wishes, thoughts and prayers. MIL is coming home tomorrow. Her other daughter-in-law (also a nurse)will stay with her tomorrow, then I will spend all day Thursday with her.

Rae, does this mean we'll finally get to meet you? We were going to be on the PC cruise and Andy & Rae's 50th birthday party cruise, but that didn't work out.
