1 Year Anniversary Ideas?

So my wife and I will be going to WDW at the end of Sept 2013 for our 1 yr anniversary. We will be staying at the Poly for 7 nights. I plan on eating at the California Grill the first night. Are there any other ideas about fun, unique ways we could celebrate our anniversary? She's leaving all the planning up to me. lol

• You could order an anniversary cake to be delivered to your meal at CA Grill (or anywhere else, really, but the Contemporary's cakes are some of the best)
  
• You could stake out a hammock on the beach and watch the fireworks over the Magic Kingdom.
  
• You could take her on a cruise during the fireworks
  
• You could book a small private event just for two, like a meal on the balcony at the Grand Floridian or a dessert party during IllumiNations
  
• Carriage ride
  
• Parasailing
  
• Take a special tour (we loved Epcot's Behind the Seeds tour!)

Since you're staying at the Poly, I would definitely rent a poolside cabana for a day- maybe later in the week after you're tired out from the parks We absolutely loved it! If you're going in September you are just about to hit 180 days- I would suggest making dinner reservations for Ohana and Be Our Guest (new restaurant in New Fantasyland) as those two seem to book up really far out (if you'll want to go to them that is) Or even make them at the 180 day mark and cancel if you change your mind later because if you wait to decide they might not be available to book then.
