1 day, question.

My daughter and i have only one day to spend at universal. Of course the only day we can go is Aug 13, 2016 and universal studios closes at 6pm. So we will start with that park. (IOA, will close at 10pm, and yes i bought the p to p unlimited express passes). I want us to maximize the day, so the big question i have is:

The parks open at 9 that day, what is the earliest time i can park, and be able to get into UAS?

i have not used the parking garage in quite a few years.
when i did, the garage was opened 90 minutes prior to park opening.

hopefully someone will be able to provide a more current opening time for you.
