1 day pass

You can get a small discount from undercovertourist.com and sometimes from AAA.

Do they ever offer discounts?
Undercover Tourist's one day Universal ticket discount is a whopping $3.00 off gate price.

There are no meaningful discounts off single day admissions. With all the new attractions opening in the next few years, don't expect that trend to change.

Florida residents can buy an 'after 5 pm' ticket for Mardi Gras event at Universal Studios for $60 if purchased in advance.

I guess if you have a large family, that $3/person can be enough for a nice snack!!!

Does anyone know what price I will pay for an adult ticket at the gate? What about with a AAA discount at the gate? Thanks :)

What about the local fast food chains? Do they have discount coupons? When we lived in GA near Six Flags the grocery stores and some fast food places had discounts- sometimes really good, but usually $6 off per ticket up to 6 tickets. Now I live near Busch Gardens Williamsburg and its the same- discount coupons sometimes at some grocery & fast food - usually $6 off each ticket up to 6 tickets.

Do any of the grocery stores or fast food in the Orlando area have coupons?

Sorry...no coupons on a regular basis. Sometimes you will see specials running for events like HHN and Mardi Gras but those are for FL residents only...sometimes GA residents. With all the new attractions opening in the next few years, I don't expect to see many specials and certainly not for one day passes. I think when HP2 opens at the Studios, they will do away with the one park one day ticket...that's just my feeling. Why? Because HP will be in both parks...not just IoA.

Universal and Disney want people to come for more than a single day and give discounts for longer stays but don't really care about the single day visitor. That's just the way it is here in Orlando. Passholders get to purchase additional theme park tickets at a discount and if everyone was able to do that with a coupon, it would be diminishing the advantage of having an AP.
