Thank you so much for posting this. I just happened to be looking and right when I clicked, they were zooming in on "our" room. After a long, stressful week, and dealing with the stomach bug in our house for a couple days, it brought a tear to my eye. Although...I couldn't help but think who in the heck is on my balcony :lmao:? You better take good care of her folks!

That is so cool! Our cabin is on the other side of the ship. When we were on the Fantasy last month we were also on the port side. We were out on our balcony as we went down the channel and saw some porpoises alongside the ship about halfway down.

We watched it too! It was so much fun to see the people riding the aqua duck. My 3 year old heard the music and asked if they were having a dance party?! I said next week he will get to a have a dance party every day :thumbsup2

ETA: it was much more fun to watch the ship then it is to pack today. Very little progress made. At least we can watch some of the Disney movies on ABC family tonight while we get things together.

Packing question, for those with little kids:

Dude is 4.5 - fully potty trained, but we find that when we're on vacations that involve swimming or beaches, we seem to go through a lot more underwear than at home (sand... he gets sand EVERYWHERE - and I mean EVERYWHERE, and we have 2 beach-related excursions plus Castaway Cay). Just wondering if I pack our entire stash of undies for him, or plan for laundry? We usually hand-wash a few things, but this doesn't get sand out well, and Dude is sensitive to these things.

(Yes, overthinking, but that's just how I roll :rotfl2:)

We are doing both. His underwear is so small that I am just going to bring the whole stash (10-14) of it and some laundry stuff incase that isn't enough.

Yeah - I figured. The other problem (minor) is that this means extra laundry (for a clean stash!) before we leave. Oh well. I thought we might get away with mega-laundry tomorrow and then none until we come back - c'est la vie!

If we decide to do laundry there is there laundry soap we can buy or should I pack some? I'm starting to think I'll just throw a load of laundry or two in and pack a bit lighter.

There is detergent available for purchase. You use your KTTW card for the machines and the detergent.
