Has anyone used this?

We leave tomorrow staying at music. I signed up but now that I'm thinking it through I don't think it makes sense for arrival for us.

Our flight lands at 5pm. They say it can take up to 4 hours for luggage to arrive at your room. Our room should be ready when we arrive and I'm going to want to unpack and get settled. The only plus side for arrival is that my spouse is disabled so it becomes one less thing to worry about at the airport.

I think we will most definitely use it when we fly home.

I would not use it in your situation since you want your bags quickly and especially with the late arrival.

We always use it but we are willing to trade delayed access for not having to deal with the luggage at MCO.

Positives with both decisions.

On the other hand MCO luggage is a nightmare often and waiting for checked luggage can add up to an hour (usually less) to you getting out of the airport and getting to your room.

Has anyone actually had the luggage delivered from the airport - if so where do they take and how do you know that it has arrived if it is not delivered directly to your room? With 2 kids, car seats and anxious wife it would be easier to have it delivered instead of getting the luggage at the airport. We land at 2 and are having the stroller dropped off between 4 & 5 so we will probably carry on swimsuits and head to the pool /eat until the luggage arrives. But I was just wondering how you know that your luggage is at the resort.
