hmm..only 19 to go b4 we hit 300....I know that it may seem small...but

I challenge you all to hit 1000 by cruise time? up for it?? Thats 10 posts a day for the group....so.........can you do 3 a day???;-) Why?????...Just because....It is fun and silly and we become friends before we sail......;-p

Cool....sounds like a plan.....Does he like yugioh??? That is my sons ice breaker with anyone! LOL If a stranger were going to kidnap him, all that person would need to do was talk about YuGiOh....oh brother...LOL But I would love for him to know some kids pre cruise so he can have a great time. However, according to some on this board, I am a very bad parent for letting him have check out priviledges.

Unfortunately (or fortunately for me??!) my son doesn't know much about yugioh--maybe he's still too young or maybe he hasn't been introduced to it yet. Maybe by your son?! Right now he will do anything to play outside, kick a ball, etc.

My son would probably want check-out priviledges too, but thankfully he's still too young. Though if he were 11 and was responsible, that might be different!

Now it's time to make dinner!

Let me know how the Hilton Mission Valley is. DH had an acuta conference there next summer and we will likely go with him. That is usually our family vacation for the summer. I know..pretty cheap going when hotel and a few meals are paid and DH airfare, but the conferences are usually at cool hotels and in neat places. One less airfare, free hotel, a few free meals how much better can it be. It all adds up!! That way we get to go on more vacations! Woohoo. I'm all for that!


I think we should just post away so we are kept in front. After all we deserve it!

Isn't that a hoot?!? What a small world we live in....I'll let you know....I'm a huge mapquester, so I've been putting in the zoo, Legoland and Sea World and the hotel to check things out....we're going with my brother that hates planning, so I'm trying not to scare him toooo much....

I wish Keith went to "great" places for business....his hot spots are places like Wright, Wyoming....to check out the tornado damage to the phone office, and places like Casper and Gillette....maybe a sidetrip to Denver or Ft Collins, CO, but not very often! I'll just stay home, thanks!!!

I wonder how much fun Alvaro is having without us.....I emailed him to tell him we're talking about him again...I think he's not getting the invites......

That is so funny. Actually we had enchilada's left over that Mark had cooked last night. He doesn't cook much (spagetti, enchilada's, grilled food ect.) but when he does it is tasty!

i am glad Mark's conferences are in cool places. it gives me something to do while he is at the meetings, then I get to join him for free drinks as "social hour"

Legoland is really neat. My DS loved it as well as DH and brother in law. I know it seems like the world just keeps getting a bit smaller everyday with all of these coincidences!

Where is Alvaro? He hasn't been on for so long. Did we scare him away?

Well, now that he is old, you have to type slowly for him..... maybe he's out getting bifocals..... if I hassle him enough, will he come defend himself?!?!?!?

I looked at the DCL site today and for us newbies we can make our reservations and kids club ressies in 4 days.

appetizer pizzas would be good. No dieting on cruises. I was just reading some other funny posts about a couple getting a massage. She referred to themselves as a bit pudgy and she said the very fit massuists asked them if the went to the health food shops in NYC. Ha ha that's a hoot. All the food on a cruise and people that like to eat being asked about health food.
