We are excited, too. DH, me, DS14, DS10, DD2. We are in cabin 8562 (I think, I keep getting the numbers mixed up). Cruising with Disney Vacation Club points, otherwise we wouldn't be going.

I'd be open to having my kids email with others to meet up beforehand. I know Katie1 is a homeschooler, any others out there?

Tina4 98, I asked on other parts of this disboard and found out that they will bring a pack and play to your room and put sheets on it. They fold up the bed daily (but I am going to ask our room person to leave it set up so Luci can nap in the afternoon). Pack and Play is the size of play pen I take with us on trips so that will work for our 2 yo. She will be 27 months on cruise and is on the small side, anyway.

I like the idea of meeting up, Sunday night is the formal night at dinner so could we meet early in the day, maybe after lunch or something? I would love to meet you all. I told my mom about "talking" to some of you here on the board, she was really surprised. I told her that Disney is different than any other place on earth.

yeah im going to try the pack in play the first few times and if it doesn't work then she'll just sleep with us or put somehting on the floor! no big deal it's only to sleep during the night!

Im up for anyhting so just let us know!!!

it's coming fast but i bet next week will go by SO SLOW

Hi all! We will be on the cruise as well but with tons of family so complicated to join a meet. But wanted to share an idea - on another Disney cruise we went on, I read on line about bringing bubbles for the kids for the sail away party. So I brought them for our big family and sure enough I could see where all the Disboarders where hanging out...just followed the bubbles! Maybe pack some bubbles and have your kids start playing with them and voila! Some people do wear the lime green shirts but as this point might be tough to change packing plans. With the bubbles, you can use them for the sail away party as well. HAVE FUN EVERYONE!!!! Lisa

Lisa, what a great idea! Okay everyone bring bubbles and Sunday morning just have them with you at the pool, and at 1 pm have the kids blow bubbles....or grown ups if they would like. Then we can all follow the bubble trail. It also might lend itself to a party with non Dis'ers. I will pass this info onto the other meet thread and we'll see how many of us we can get together!

We are heading out a week from tomorrow although a week from today my group will be meeting at a hotel just outside Logan Airport in Boston for an overnight before the trip. You never can trust the New England weather so better safe then sorry as we are traveling from Cape Cod and New Hampshire for our flight.

THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I was wondering this. Does anyone know if the suntan lotion is a decent price on board? I'm wondering if it would be just as easy to buy it there as opposed to packing it....Hope we have some sun! Lisa

Has anyone heard or talked to someone about how full the ship is? I am wondering how many kids will be on board compared to a School Break cruise.

It looks as though it is a packed cruise. We have always gone when the ship isn't full, so I don't know how much of a difference it will make with a sold out cruise. Can't wait......8 more days till we leave for Orlando Looking forward to the Dis meet at 1:00 Sunday!! I will go buy some bubbles today.

Wow, the time has sure snuck up on me. I bought my bubbles today and printed out some door signs - maybe I will figure out how to post them here. My mom is coming too and I think she is more excited than we are.

Where, oh where do you get those adorable door sign pictures? I want to make one. Oh--and do they actually stay on the door the whole time? I had something on my door at Wilderness Lodge and somebody took it.
