1/2 price gift certificates

Just wanted Mary to know that my Motown certificate arrived today. Yes I was getting a little concerned, esp. if you check out my countdown. It took 15 days after the day I ordered it (10 business days not counting the weekends). I'm guessing this is unusal, but would not want to chance it by cutting it too close. Glad it worked out, and can't wait to go next Wednesday.

i have been waiting for 2 of my motown certificates since 4/9- i have emailed mary and she explained of some type of UPC mixup with the motown certificates- she responed very quickly to my email- which i appreciated

Does anyone know what time the 1/2 price certificates can be used at the Kitchen as it says "lunch only"? Thanks!

Seems like I read somewhere that lunch at the Kitchen is between 11:00 and 4:00.

I just ordered my Kitchen GC. There are now only 2 left. Can't believe I got there in time. Wish I would have been able to find HRC GC available for dates I need, but I will enjoy the Kitchen anyway! Thanks, everyone for all of the great info. I love this board!

Tried all the websites and none are working now. Ordered Kitchen last night with no problem. Was going to order another from somewhere. Are they being updated? Guess I'll keep checking.

this is for any of you waiting for motown certificates- i ordered mine 4/9 and haven't received- mary was nice enought to direct me to this department and they emailed me today

Dear Ms. Ray,

Unfortunately, we are having problems with our warehouse shipping out some of the certificates. We are working to resolve the problem, and will let you know something as soon as possible. If you do not receive your certificates within a useful time frame, we will certainly refund the money.

Has anyone successfully used a gift certificate and a discount (such as Fan Club or APH 10% off)? The thread is too large to find the answer on my own.

I was NOT successful. I tried @ HRC a couple weeks ago. She said I could use the GC or get APH discount, not both. If I remember correctly, the GC says on the back something about no other discounts can be applied.

Whoo Hooo! I just ordered the Wantilan Luau GCs. Boy were they going fast! By 9:15 am EDT, almost all the sites were sold out! I'm so glad that I was able to get mine. DH is really looking forward to this.

wow! All the Luau's are gone! I wasn't planning on going since we are only going the be there Monday - Friday and plan to leave Fri. night, but I thought I would check out next week's selections. I wonder how many they had?? Those went fast.
