Does this plan seem reasonable for touring fantasy land? This is arrival day so no way to be a parks before noon.

12:00pm to 230 pm
-- Pinocchio Village Haus/SDMT with FP+(grandparent and 2YO eat while we ride, then swap)
-- it's a small world
-- Peter Pan's Flight (FP+)
-- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel

Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade(Find a spot near liberty square by 230)

330pm-6pm
-- Mad Tea Party
-- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
-- Meet Ariel at Her Grotto (FP+)
-- Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid

Chef Mickey(Dinner ADR @ 6:50pm

Seems very reasonable to me. Hopefully, it will go smoothly and you'll be able to also fit in a a Dumbo ride - it's a classic!

I am trying to help a friend plan that has never been before and her husband is not totally supportive of DW vacations idea, so I am trying to hit the highlights and keep it manageable. I had dumbo on the list, but figured the wait could be pretty long.

Of course a chunk of this hinges on getting SDMT FP+

For our family it seems a little tight but I think manageable. It would give an average of 37 minutes per ride experience which would include walking to the ride, the line, and the ride itself. You didn't say what time frames your FP+ are and if you are doing those items listed in order.

According to your time frame and the rides in that time frame I would suggest being methodical and working towards where you want to be for the parade so you don't back track.

Trip is May 27-June 1 so haven't booked FP yet. I know all plans are contingent on what times I can get FPs but feel that other then SDMT getting the times I want should not be to difficult. I am beginning to wonder how busy it is really going to be that week. A lot of schools will not be out yet and its a Wed so I am hoping for the best.

Get FP+ for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Peter Pan, and Enchanted Tales with Belle.

1. At noon have lunch at Pinnochio's
2. Just keep checking the lines for: Winnie the Pooh, Ariel's Grotto, and Under the Sea--Journey of the Little Mermaid, and ride them when shortest working around the FP+ ride reservations.
3. Work in the other rides in fantasyland around those.

Also don't waste your time with the carrousel and mad tea party. They are rides you can find anywhere in the world with longer waits at WDW.
