I worked on this one today:

Actually it is a design I first did for the 2006 cruise (we used the art for the custom t-shirts and other items we had from cafepress). Just updated it for our current dates and will use for one of our door signs.

Wow Mary...nice! I'm not that creative either but my sister is. Maybe I can get her to do something. I think she's going to do shirts for the kids too. I showed her the pillow cases that someone from here did in '05 that we had the characters sign and she wants to do something like that for the kids. We are looking for Pirate stuff now for the kids. I'm really getting excited now. I've booked the Glass Bottom Boat tour, registered the kids for the clubs and the nursery and got our annual passes. I've booked our transportation from the resort to the port and back as well as to and from the train. I think that covers everything.

It was to be a family affair, but DH's job has other plans. So he is not going and if DSis gets her act together we may try to switch out. I know the fees are outrageous! If anyone has had to do this lately the policies have changed.

Going are Me (33), DD (3) 8th disney cruise, DS (1) 3rd Disney cruise- on last years member cruise at 14 weeks (timed that delievery right ), DMom(If I tell she may restrict my cruising) and DDad (same as DMom)
I have to say thanks Mom and Dad, because even though I have points I could never do the vacations we do. They added on last year and talked with MS to get two cat. 11 and pay the difference that the give away cat. with scary balcony for climbing crazy kids.

I am looking forward to the cruise! Unfortunately I will probably be chasing the little one all cruise as he turn one next and should bin full walking mode by then.
BTW, we are doing a b2b for the 25th. Has anyone done this? Any tips- we are staying in the same rooms for both cruises!?!

Kyacking went well, we were out for about two hours. Did not flip once and even had dolphins swimming about 2 feet away. That was cool. So this might be something we do again.

Button Reminder!

Cut-off for the buttons will be Monday September 1st. That gives us enough time to get them all made, sorted by stateroom and figure out how we are getting them to FL.

The buttons are our gift to everyone from the group. There is no cost to you but we do ask two things. 1) you be a member of the DIS group since the buttons are designed to signify that you are part of the DIS and a way for us all to recognize each other. What does being active mean? Simple just post to this thread. It doesn't have to be every day or even every week. Just stop in and introduce yourself. Of course the more you participate the more fun you'll have but that is just my humble opinion. 2) we need your stateroom number. If you don't want it posted online we will respect that. The reason we ask for your stateroom number is that in the event you don't make it to either of the two meets we can still get your buttons to you. We have had instances in the past where people gave us there info and never showed up and we were left with now useless buttons since they are customized with your names.

Full info on how to give us info can be found in the very first post on this thread. Of course participation is completely up to you. Just didn't want anyone who wanted to have one to miss out. We are currently up to 96 buttons being made. I can tell you it is great to be able to spot a fellow DISer around the ship and just say hi!

Wow! I just had to catch up on 6 pages of posts. We went to Jekyll Island for the 4th. It was so peaceful - very relaxing. It was a strange trip for us in that we didn't walk the beach or swim anything near what we normally do. We relaxed and read - fun! I will have to work on door decorations!
