I've been playing around with doing a small booklet for the Mass Fr. Frank is saying for us. I thought it would be a nice keepsake of this special event. I just sent him my prototype.

Frank just sent me a copy of the Mass booklet and it's beautiful! I especially love the prayer to St. Brendan. I'm embarrassed to say that I had no idea that he was the patron saint of mariners.

Glad you like it. I thought it would be nice to end with a maritime prayer and I must admit I picked that one for two reasons a) it mentions the Irish and 2) it fit in the space I had left.

I'm so thankful that he has offered to do this for us. I can't think of a more special way to start off the cruise than to celebrate Mass with my DIS family.

Hello everyone! WOW!!! You guys were busy while I was away at Vero! Took me forever to read through all the posts.
Tina- my thoughts are with you and your family! I hope the stress ends soon for all of you.
mandy-my deepest sympathy for your loss

For everyone else who has needed PD, here you go!

Vero was amazing and we really had good weather until yesterday when we were leaving to come home. Got some sun and the kids had a blast. Now I am getting back to work and trying to keep my mind off cruising!
We got our docs but I haven't gone online to check in so I have no clue if our linked dining is right. We are supposed to be linked, but from all the posts, I see there might be an issue. We are also going to try and get to port early and try and get Palo brunch. We do have dinner already, so if it doesn't happen, i am sure it won't ruin my trip! LOL!

Glad to be back! Well, only because I am getting ready to cruise...otherwise, I would stay at Vero! it was our first time in a 2bd Villa and it was great! So much space!!! We are so spoiled now.

Cruise should come fast for us. I am working lots of OT right now, and have only one day off between now and Sept 20! And my inlaws are coming down and going to WDW (staying at SSR) next week, so we will see them while they are here. I am glad to keep busy, it will make the cruise come faster. Would love a member website update!

We did HH on the way back from last years Member Cruise. Funny thing as we were coming back to our room the people checking in to the room next door had also been on the Member Cruise. Hilton Head is nice and I can see us going back for a long weekend some time.

I hope Ike stays away. I'm really don't care if we divert to another location but I just want the overall experience to be good for my sister and her son. It's their first cruise.

I'm still here.
We love VB and it is only 2hrs from us. The kids love it because it is has a great pirate ship themed kids pool area. HHI is awesome too. DH LOVES it! A longer drive so we will stick with mini trips to Vero for now. Went twice this year. Probably go again in the spring!
