Panama Canal as gold

My youngest graduates college in June, so DH and I are finally free to book Panama Canal for ourselves. We just turned Gold. We'd like a deck 2 oceanview. Which one is more likely to have that availability, the fall 26 eastbound or spring 27 westbound? DH prefers spring 27 just because it's later, more time to save up for it.

My guess would be a toss up...but maybe 2026 would book up faster, since some people cannot schedule vacations out into 2027. Enjoy which ever one you get!

I would guess spring just because it's further out. But if you aren't picky about room choice, I think you'll be good to get a deck 2 oceanview for either.

Thanks. My TA has all my info to book on Gold day. Trying for the WBPC mostly for the later date so we have more time before PIF.. I'm hoping demand won't be as bad with 2 Panama Canal dates released at the same time.
