thanks for the anniversary wishes everyone! it is a good day so far, however i have only been up for about an hour!

i went on facebook this moring and i am so upset. last night i put that i was hungry. well my hair dresser saw it and commented that is what happens when pregas! i haven't announced to the whole world yet! my godmother comments after her "an OFFICIAL announcement! Congrats!" Its ok, but i was waiting until we got back from the cruise to call and tell her personally. I can't believe she found out from an "im hungry post"! oh well, too little too late. She is a teacher so I will call her this afternoon and tell her verbally. i am just so disappointed, i don't know how many others might have read that during the night, ya know? I am sure I am going overboard but i think i am better now. thanks for listening!

I'm so sorry that happened! Being pregnant is such a happy time and half the fun is telling everyone and seeing their reactions - I'm sorry that was kind of taken away from you. You are understandably disappointed! But hopefully nobody else was up that late. Can you have her remove it this morning so that no one else sees it?

Good Tuesday Morning!

I was having computer problems last night and finally gave up. Still didn't have the bandwidth I needed and DH was getting frustrated and I said to heck with it and watched Triple D on Food Network.

Let's see, we are mostly packed. Except for last minute stuff. And yes, we taked the pharmacy with us too! You just never know and it is better to have it with you and not need it then need it and not have it!

Sue, I'm a worrier too. But this time I'm worrying more about the kids being home than the weather where I am. My Dad told me last night just go and have fun, the kids will be fine. I know, I know, but still. . .. .

Chris, I'm with you and Lisa - I always pack everything in my old-fashioned train case (that I can no longer take as my carry-on). Everyone jokes about it, too, but when someone needs something, who do they run to?? So now I'm trying to figure out whether I want to put the entire case into the bottom of my suitcase, so that it is still organized when I get there, or figure out another way.

I understand!! Sometime getting ready for vacation makes you stop and think whether or not vacation is worth all the trouble!!

As my DW says, I won't relax until we check in at the hotel on Friday night

I have never been a good traveler, even driving out to Michigan I get all stressed trying to get things ready. It gets worse when I have to fly

I'm a worrier, to a point, and then I just go with the flow - until something goes wrong. Then I'm crazy.

But my DB is way worse than I am. I don't even like being in the same room with him when they are getting ready - makes me laugh because we have adjoining cabins - hehehe! He's a great guy and lots of fun when we are there, but oh man, getting there . . . All I can say is God Bless my DSIL!!

Yes, I was. I had to restart my computer to get in. Thought it was just me.

So much for the first day of school today.

We got a call this morning that the school has no power... so the first day will be tomorrow if power is restored.

Oh well.

It is P-Day!! I've got to get packing if I could get my hubby out of bed to watch the kids. His allergies were going crazy last night, so he took a NyQuil to help him sleep- and now he won't get up
