Morning Sue!

I was woundering were you were.;)

I am going to Camouflage my hair today. They did not have the one I wanted so we will see how it comes out.:)

Crazy news about the guy who went overbroad off the Carnival ship and the Wonder rescued him!! And no, I won't say I don't believe it or know how it could happen because it is so typical of what the Carnival line is promoting right now. Didn't anyone see the TV show Cruise Line Inc. where they flatly stated that all of their profits are made from the sales of the liquor and that their bartenders have quotas to make on how much they sell!! So yeah, I can see someone continually being served drinks when they are obviously intoxicated, and then not knowing where they are or what they are doing!!! :sad2:

Good Morning Flo!

I guess I slept in alittle. I was up late having trouble going to sleep.
Good luck with your hair this morning. Mine seems to be getting better, I think.

Reports show a Walt Disney World cruise ship rescued a man in the Atlantic Ocean overnight who had fallen from another ship.

The 34-year-old man remains aboard the Disney Wonder at Port Canaveral this morning.

U.S. Coast Guard records show the Disney ship picked up the man near Port St. Lucie sometime after midnight. He had fallen from the Carnival Sensation cruise ship shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday.

It is unclear how the man fell from the cruise ship.

A chopper and two boats from the Coast Guard in Miami had tried to find the man, but the Disney craft spotted him first.

Preliminary reports show the man is in good health and requested to be returned to Carnival Sensation.

Now how does someone just "fall" off a cruise ship? Why would someone "fall'" off a cruise ship. The only Carnival cruise I was on was like a "party" cruise...lots of intoxicated people making fools of themselves. Neverr went again. I was even young then, but I don't enjoy seeing people making fools of themselves...having fun, yes, being foolish, yes, but drunken fools, no. It is amazing to me also that he was spotted by the Wonder...big ship, little person. He is very very fortunate.

Can't get off facebook to get to the boards. Addicted to the games. That's your fault, Flo!! Mark and Mary!! for being my facebook friends...never played a game until I became your friends! :rotfl2::lmao:And all my other friends on facebook who so kindly give me gifts in farmville!

Oh, man, just thought, on the cruise I will go into withdrawal from farmville and farkle and the Christmas ball breaking one...forget the name, senior moment.

Flo,
I just looked it up. It was a documentary by CNBC called "Cruise Inc: Big Money on the High Seas". The show was taping on one of the Norweigan ships, but I believe it was quoted saying that this is a standard on most of lines - the one about the liquor policies. Here is the link:
