If I purchase a 50 min rate plan is that good for only 1 day (does it expire in 24hrs) or is it good for the entire stay of the cruise?

Unless they updated it since April internet access is sloooowwww. It will take 30 minutes to log on.

A "PM" is a private message. Up towards the top right hand corner of your screen, where it says "Welcome, beaadude", if you have a private message it says "Your Notifications: 1" (or 2, or however many private messages you have) I know all of the abbreviations on here can get confusing...I still have a hard time with some of them from time to time!

I think Passporter said it was like $3.25 for a domestic draft, and about $4 for imports. You can get six bottles for something like $18.75 from room service. You can also get a 22oz glass mug for $15, and you get 22oz refills for the 16oz price. PP says it takes about 10-15 beers to come out ahead....shouldn't be much of a problem....

From this message, looks like I've really done research into only THE MOST IMPORTANT things....can't remember my cabin number, but I DO KNOW how much beer is!!!!!

At least I got my priorities straight.

gotta love someone who can remember the price of beer and not need the cabin number......... I still might go to Publix Liquor store on the Sat just to get a bottle of rum and save a few bucks... against buying all our drinks on the boat....

Hey does anyone have the Navigators from previous DVC cruises?? maybe that would give us ideas what "extras" to maybe plan for

I can't believe how close the trip is. I leave tomorrow morning for Disneyland. A last minute pre-cruise trip! A great surprise from a friend. YEAH!
I finished up the buttons, but alas, I must warn you. They look awful. The button machine was acting up so as much as I wanted them to be awesome, they are actually awful. I'll bring them and give them to you ,but .... let's just say....YUCK!!
My DD and DH are bringing my WDW and cruise stuff so I don't have to take it across the country and all my fish extender stuff and buttons are packed away ready for that trip.
Everything thinks I'll be sick of Disney by the end of the month. I DON"T THINK SO!! I will miss the babies, but too much Disney? No way!!
I can't wait to meet all of you and hope to see you around AKL before and after the cruise. I noticed how many are staying there- alot!! Everyone be safe and we'll meet soon!

Good Morning all!!!

8 days to SSMC 2010!!!!

We had some storms yesterday - breif but violent. Luckily we had our trees trimmed earlier in the day and three removed that were not in good shape....after the chaos that went through I was thankful they made it out yesterday!!

Our weekend plans - 2 birthday parties - on Sunday and one Monday...then pack and make our FE!!! I made some magnets yesterday. Have a few to finish and I need to get some groceries...darn people who want to eat!!!

8 days to SSMC 2010!!!!

We had some storms yesterday - breif but violent. Luckily we had our trees trimmed earlier in the day and three removed that were not in good shape....after the chaos that went through I was thankful they made it out yesterday!!

Sounds like a fun weekend. My niece and nephew's 19th birthday is today. But they are going to Minnesota to Valley Fair so no party here.

I also am doing some magnets today and starting the dreaded laundry that will go on for the rest of the week. I mean I will still be doing laundry come Thursday night. Last minute stuff like underwear. But tomorrow we are planning on doing most of our packing.

As for groceries. . . .not gonna do it. Don't want to cook this week and then I don't want leftovers in the fridge to worry about. So looks like bologna for us for the week.

I think everyone is busy getting ready for the trip. But that's not my excuse for not being on here as much. The kids and I have been watching the Disney Channel all week....different movie on each night. Then last night I went to get an upper body massage and Parrafin Dip on my hands and feet, so I missed Camp Rock 2. Not to worry...we DVR'd it. I figured I better start spending a little more time with the kiddo's before I desert them for a week!


So today is going to be SUPER busy. I'm leaving here shortly to get (another) hair cut. I can't even tell she cut it the first time....so I'm having her re-do it...might have to do something drastically different, as my hair is getting stubborn in it's old age! Then after that I'd like to get a pedicure and manicure. Then my sister is getting married at 1:30 this afternoon and having her reception at 6:00 tonight. It's going to be a long but fun day!

GOOD MORNING, 1 WEEK TO GO AND WE WILL BE JUST LIFTING OFF IN BUFFALO HAVE TO START DOOR MAGNETS. IT HAS COOLED OFF HERE BUT SUNNY AND WINDY. POOL COOLER. MIGHT GO TO TORONTO TO THE EX. ANOTHER DVCer FROM THIS AREA GAVE ME A NEW DVC PIN THEY HANDED OUT WHILE THEY WERE DOWN IN WDW AT SARATOGA. HAS MICKEY HOLDING 2 SUITCASES WITH DVC LOGO BESIDE AND PLANE FLYING BEHIND ACROSS THE EARTH. IM ADDICTED TO PINS BEEN LOOKING AT HURRICANE SITE, LETS HOPE GASTON DOESNT REFORM. RIGHT NOW THEY SAY 70% CHANCE. ITS MOVING SLOW SO IT MAY HAVE A GOOD CHANCE TO REFORM TONITE. I HOPE IT FOLLOWS PATTERN OF THE OTHERS AND BYPASSES BAHAMAS.
