Yes...40! UGH!!! But, you know what they say....40 is the new 30, so let's just pretend it's my 30th b-day, shall we?

In my humble opinion, the best remedy for turning 40 is be on some Disney related trip so you are on the right track Wally planned a surpise B-day trip for my 40th to Disney World. I never thought of my age once the whole time I was there. It was by far my most memorable and enjoyable birthday ever!

Milford had his 40th at Disney World, i got him a t-shirt and had him wear that and the birthday button all day..

DW and I are now in the getting ready to stage, sorry we are just no catching up on the threads, last year was our first member cruise and we loved it. This year we are traveling with friends of our and are looking forward to a great triip. We are staying at BCV before the trip and hope to make the members meet.

Just 3 short weeks away.

Yes but running into Hockey Players is scary, they are the ones always starting the fights.


Sadly we don't have an NHL team here, we do have a couple of IHL teams but no NHL.

You must be mistaken, hockey players don't start fights anymore. You have to run into a basketball player now. More fights on basketball court than on the ice.

Having a REALLY lousy week. Our dog is really sick, and after getting a little better, he's now had a relapse.... We were cautiously optomistic before, but it's getter harder to stay that way....might be a long weekend.....

But one of the things I love about DVC, is that there's always something wonderful to look forward to... like 24 days until the cruise!!

So, to take my mind off of things, I'm going to pour myself a beer and start to fill out my Passporter guide I got for the cruise! Disney's always a good way to take my mind off stuff I need to get away from, if only for a little while.....

I was thinking about getting that big hat that looks like a b-day cake!! Maybe if I was going to be walking around the parks that day, but I can't imagine having that on walking around the ship!
