So, I just finished Harry Potter. I won't ruin it for anyone (cuz I'd have KILLED anyone that ruined it for me!) but I will say......HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!! What a freakin' action-packed, edge of your seat book! I am so very sad it's all over. I will miss my friends from Hogwarts.

I agree with you fltink! The book was absolutely awesome. I will miss my Hogwarts friends as well. Kinda seems sad that we won't read about Harry Potter again.

Fltink...I think your dream means you should lay off the heavy stuff before bedtime! Either that, or make sure you pack some in your luggage for the cruise!

I am getting so excited I want to pack right now! I was trying on all my dressy clothes tonight for my girls. They liked everything I tried on. They are my little angels (they are not so little though. Both are taller than me already!).

I think your dream just represents your excitement and you are afraid of things going wrong to mess up your plans. We are so close now, it doesn't seem real.

Jenn - crazy dream! I don't know what's up with strange cruise dreams. I've had several over the years. Especially that having no luggage one! Must be some deep seated fear about something going wrong.

We have a new place to live in Tampa! Yay! It's 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that's part of a house in Palma Ceia which is a very nice neighborhood of Tampa. I've very excited about our new home. By the time I see y'all on the cruise I will (god willing) be completely moved and ready for some fun!

Sorry, i thought you had this one. This WAS a late addition thatmy wife and iset upi at 3 in the monring one day, but yes, it is a DCL excursion.

I did have it I guess I didn't think I had already posted it. I have trouble keeping track of what Janet and I are doing. I also just wasn't sure if it was the one that DCL was doing or if you had set it up yourself. Somefolks are doing excursions on their own. I understand that you can save some money but I just havn't been able to leave the safety of DCL. I may pay more but I know that if something happens DCL will find me. That allows me to kick back and relax rather than woory about all the details. It's getting closer and closer. Oh by the way thank you to all who have posted their info. Lois

Did you hear that she's thinking about publishing a Harry Potter Encyclopedia, which would go into detail about the stories behind things that we may not know? (Like, more details about Harry's parents, intricate details about Hogwarts, etc.)

Stina, I read all about your house from Christine. Sounds great! Can't wait to see it! We are thinking about seeing if we can swing a trip in October for Not So Scary. If that doesn't work out, we are hoping to do a 3 or 4 night DCL in early December to see the Christmas decorations, and if THAT doesn't work out, we'll be down to WDW in December!

It's always cheap if you only have to pay for airfare and food. We could have some mad fun at MNSSHP. And once we become gainfullly employed we can come back up to the northlands to visit you.

My family has been pretty cool and laid back about this whole trip.
I've been the over the moon planner, organizer, trip co-ordinator etc
But yesterday a little pixie dust came my way My daughter received 2 bags of clothes from an associate's daughter at work. When she opened them they were full of name brand hardly worn very cool super expensive t-shirts, pants, skirts etc. Well she is now over the moon and suddenly she wants to plan what she will wear on our trip Finally the bug is spreading.....

Just stopping in to say HI. It is getting close. I tried on my formal and can barely get into it. So I guess I will be watching what I eat for the next four weeks. After formal night all bets are off. Most of the rest of my clothes have elastic around the waist. I am about 40 lbs over but I am not real concerned. I am who I am.

Jenn, YOU ROCK!!! So happy you got a Palo brunch. What day is it? Ours is Sunday and wondering if maybe we can't all eat together or at least near each other. Yes, Palo is one of the reasons (besides y'all!) I knew I couldn't cancel this cruise. I have 3 Palo ressies which is like a gift from the gods. Can't give those up!
