I cannot believe this cruise is right around the corner. We just celebrated the official 10 year anniversary, but the trip is our celebration trip for our 10 years. I cannot wait. It really cannot come fast enough. I haven't started having dreams about it yet, but I know I will soon, and I'll have to share em with you all. I hope everyone is doing great. We have officially 36 days till we will be in WDW!!!!!

Welcome ch10dad! I will be your neighbor soon as I am moving to Tampa within the next month. I will be living in Palma Ceia (south Tampa).

Jenn: Dee is going to have a BLAST on this cruise. She will finally be a full fledged member of the Self Party Posse and she will of course be initiated by dancing with us until 2am on 80s dance party night! Shark bait, oo-ha-ha!
Have you confirmed if she still wants to do the dolphin swim with us? I'm feeling like I should book our reservation for it soon. It would be me, Stine, Teresa and Dee. Stine's dad doesn't want to do it. He's not down with swimming with sea creatures.

I became "shark bait" last year... in a huli in a ocean race in Ventura California.
Our outrigger canoe flipped over and the ama hit me in the head causing a small gash in my forehead. Blood everywhere! The EMT's said the blood wasn't noticible.. my red hair and red shirt I wore covered it up!

Whoa Ann, you really were shark bait. Did you get out of the water right away so you didn't attract sharks?!

We had to flip the canoe back over and bail out some of the water and then wave over a safty boat.We were all back in the canoe in about 3 minutes. Yes there were sharks spotted about 10 miles away. We were on the short race of 7 miles, on the longer one(12 miles) they were spotted.
The race was really cool... can't wait to do the long race next year.

I just checked online booking and could only find cat 4, 6, 8, 9,11 & 12 available.

Also, I could also book palo for brunch and dinner but not tea.
I was looking for tea.

I had a realization today that I'm in a funk not just because my whole life is topsy-turvy but because I am going through serious MAGICAL withdrawal! I need some WDW or DCL magic...stat! I was reading the allears newsletter dream stories and I remembered how awesome it is just to be in a place where little dreams and magical moments can happen everyday! I can't believe we are only 37 days from cruising. Pretty soon we'll all be doing the 30-day dance!

I got teary eyed last night looking on the Dis Board, there's a thread about DCL food pics! I noticed we will be on the ship in 30days or so!

Did anyone see that stupid Bloopers show that is on Sunday nights? They were filing from a Disney Cruise! Ok yeah I wanted to goooooooooooooo!

Dee will be legal on the islands as well. They have 18 year old drinking laws there.

I've been watching the NEWS and hope that anyone from or who have family in Minneapolis Minn are OK. For those who don't know there has been a major bidge collape over the Mississippi River. There are at least 50 cars in the water and at least 3 dead. I was alerted to this because my partner's Aunt and Uncle live in the city and use that route to travel. Her Uncle went over at 4PM and her aunt was on the bridge about 5 min before it went down.

I'm starting to get butterflies in my stomach just thinking about the cruise! 37 more days!!! That's like nothing! The months are just flying by. I remember when I said "just 3 more months"!

Our prayers to everyone in Minneapolis, MN. Also to those who have loved ones there. Had not heard about the bridge collapse until tonight. Terrible event.

I saw a segment on the Travel Channel about Disney! Makes me want to sing..."when you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are. When you wish upon a star, your dreams come TRUE!"

YEAH! 37 MORE DAYS!!!

In 34 days we will grace the gates of the Magic Kingdom!!!! I can't wait. Is it just me or does it seem like everything that can possibly stress you out to the max goes on the month before your vacation. It happens every year to me. Or maybe it's just my emotions are fragile and on the brink from the sheer thought of the trip around the corner and how it doesn't come fast enough. Well whatever it is, it makes me appreciate my time away from reality that much more. Come on SEPTEMBER 4!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, she knows she'll be legal but she doesn't think she's going to drink. She's not really into it and I think that's for the best.

i was hoping there was another cruiser with a 7 year old girl. we have a single d7 who's been wondering if she is going to know someone at the pool to swim with. if you decide to surprise your girls prior to the cruise maybe they can pm each other before the cruise and introduce themselves. just a thought or they can meet at the 3pm mickey pool (by the drink station) get together on saturday

I'm not sure when we'll tell the girls. Things are a bit hectic as G'ma who lives a few miles from us is having a hip replacement tomorrow She'll be in the hospital for 5-6 days, re-hab for 5-6 days and then at our house for 2-3 weeks eek: pretty much wight up to the cruise ) We may be dropping her off with my SIL in Orlando on the way over to PC. That's gonna make it hard to hide all the suitcases, and fit 5 in the minivan...

anyway, we'll find some way to hook up. Does your daughter know you are going yet???
