I was looking over the roster just now and there are several Disers that haven't poped up in a while.

OK ... All You MIA's:
things are moving along. And if you're not careful... the big floaty thing will leave without you!

Anyone else wanting the wristbands Please contact me and I'll add you to the list. If you are staying at the Hyatt the night before the cruise we will meet in the hotel before the busses arrive on Saturday morning.
. We can meet in the lobby past the front desk on the right. I'll have the wristbands with me and you can receive and pay for them there. They are only $1.50 each.

And just a thanks to everyone for making this cruise fun, way before we get on the big floaty thing!

Yay!!! I can't wait to meet you all. I will be arriving to the port seperate, comming from Wilderness Lodge. We got our own transportation after the fiasco of DCL bus not wanting to pick us up. Anyway, we will arrive at port and meet you all then. We plan to arrive about 12 noon, or a little before. How much per wristband? Would you like me to pay at the port or send you a check or money order ahead of time?

One of these days Dh and I need to stay at WL. it looks so nice. We've been to GF( a few times) , Dixie Landing(a few times) and more recent Caribbean Beach Club.

I got you added to the list for the leis. The list can be found under the breakfast and lunch list. Just go to the dining link in my signature and go to the bottom list. Let me know if I didn't get it right.

Like Bareacuda says those who haven't posted for awhile can you stop by and let us know if you are still with us. You don't need to go to any of the activities if you prefer. Looking forward to hearing from some of you who are missing in action.

Have a good reason for being MIA.... was at Atlantis last week! Saw the Wonder as it was pulling into port on Friday am as we were going to breakfast and then again as we were having a fantastic dinner at Mesa, the new Bobby Flay restaurant, I saw it pull away!!!!! Not expecting either sighting, just kinda happened and of course it was "wonder-ful".
Can't wait til Sept........

Welcome back. How lucky to spend time away from home. I know you don't want the wrist bands but did you want a lei. They are only dollar each and can be paid for when on board. We are using them to help ID each other. At least the fist few day.

I've been trying to post at least once per day. I've been working my butt off lately at work. I'm off Thursday and will be chatty again, I promise. Haha Getting all the excurssions planned out have been way more of a task than I had imagined. Now I just hope I can get the ones I want.... only 6 days left until I can book them. Not as lucky as some of you who got to book them a few weeks back. But oh well, I hope I get the ones I want. Have a good night!

There will be 8 of us that will need Lei's. This will account for my brothers family (DNJLAW) as well. Not sure where we will pick them up, we are going to the Cape May Cafe for Dinner on Friday before the cruise, you know to get in the Disney spirit of things. I don't think that the kids will have the towel surprise upon return to our house though. Do all of you 1st time cruisers have a clue what I am referring to? I don't want to spoil the surprise.

Are the lei's going to be in a multiude of colors? Being the CEO of Toimmy Bahama, I will want to make sure that I accesorize properly (insert smile face here).

Has anyone thought of getting the big Mickey gloves to wave good-bye at the ports? Donita has a pair, she loves these, we really ham it up on the balcony / pool deck as we leave. If anyone is interested, please let me know, I can pick them up in advance, not sure of the cost, they are not cheap, not expensive.

Oh me, oh my! I have yet another prayer request, this time for Kevin. We believe he has an umbilical hernia that needs surgery, SOON. I called our Resident Nurse ((my mom) and she says take it easy for a few days and see a doctor as soon as possible (Monday in sacramento). He is in a bit of pain, so send prayers our way. I hate to be a whiner, but what else could possibly go wrong? (Hopefully nothing else) I'll spare you the details of the umbilical hernia. Google it or WebMD it if you want more info.
Nanny is doing much better, she went to the doctor today and he changed her bp medicine. Her bp went as low as 40/50 That is insanely scary.
I have been running worst case scenarios about this hernia thing. My mom says if its not too bad he can have laposcopic surgery and recover in 4 or 5 days. The old fashioned surgery (which he has already had once before) had a recovery time of 6 weeks. If it is bad enough to have the major surgery, we may have to cancel this cruise. That is the LAST thing I would ever want to do but if I have to I guess I'll have to put my big girl pants on and suck it up. Aaaaargh!?! Hey, maybe we can schedule this for the end of august and he can recover on the cruise! Is there a doctor cruising with us? Anyway, just making jokes to relieve the stress a bit! How is everyone elses day?

It will be o.k. but at least you were given the different scenarios good luck to you, let's all pray this will be quick and easy for him.
