A while back there was talk about pre/post plans, I'll go ahead and throw ours in. DMom and DDad and DSis are driving in the day before. DS and I will fly in on Firday, after school/work and we will stay at the Radisson, I believe. Then, right after disembarkation, it's back on the road. Sigh. Nobody else wants to make a sidetrip to DD. I was outnumbered and overruled!

Thanks for the invite - so kind I think my boss would notice if I suddenly didn't show up on Monday. I do sit 3 feet away from her. Although, currently she is on her third week in Italy, so maybe I'm due an extra day or two...

Just tell her.. that since she got 3 weeks, you thought it was only fair that you did too... and since you are such a Great employee you only took a few extra days and not the whole week.. Think she'd buy it?

I went to page 1 of this thread and found Angie & Robby so far.. Oh and You, Disney_Mommy... I was curious to see if people from the start have Tickers that Still count down for this one.. I found 2 but I'm only on the 3rd or 4th page so far..

It is Very interesting to see who is still sailing with us..

Because we have the Largest Annual Halloween Parade in the US on Halloween so Trick or Treat is Always a day ahead.. This is the 70th Anniversary of the Parade..

Just tell her.. that since she got 3 weeks, you thought it was only fair that you did too... and since you are such a Great employee you only took a few extra days and not the whole week.. Think she'd buy it?

I'm not sure she would appreciate the generosity

We gave up our seats on our flight home last October, which meant that Jim and I were both a day late getting back. My boss just asked me if I thought I might actually come back on my scheduled return date this time...since I'm supposed to be giving a presentation at a meeting at 8:30 AM that day. I told him I'll be there, but right now I can't vouch for the quality of the presentation!

I joined this thread pretty late, I think we booked in mid-June. I actually checked out the thread to see what kind of people were here before I decided to book! I got what I thought was a good deal at DU by booking into one of their group rates. It was cheaper than our last four-night cruise (that was over a Thanksgiving holiday). Little did I know then that I'd end up saving even more! So my ticker is still ticking, and that number gets better every day! Of course, I like the one on my desktop even better, because that one is counting down to my last day at work, which is before my trip starts!

I'm still here!! Just not nearly as chatty as you guys. I've really got to stop doing the extraneous stuff like work...

We fly on Spirit out of Atlantic City..

I love that airport!! We only flew outta there until Jetblue came to Newark. We are flying Continental though for this trip, we got 138 RT rates, and that blew Jetlbue away!!

When we lived in Grand Forks North Dakota, we were home to the World's Largest French Fry Feed.

Held every year right before the Potato Bowl at UND
