Oh an if you can see.. The steps leading to the Porch.. there is an open space and the train goes under the stairs like a Tunnel..

I use the Splash Suite on my phone. There's one password protected application that lets you store all of your frequent flyer numbers, passwords, etc. I miss the Splash Shopper they used to have. I used it in California, and had the grocery items reconciled with the aisle they were on in the Miramar Commissary. After I created the list, I'd sort it by aisle and zip, zip!

That sounds great. I've been using mealsmatter.org (out of CA I think, actually), and it has a menu planner and shopping list maker...which you can sort by aisle but only alphabetically. Honestly, if this keeps up I won't be able to sign my name, let alone write a letter or something longhand!

It's called "Shop List", and I think it came with the Palm Pilot when I got it. I also have Documents To Go, so I can add my Excel spreadsheets and Word docs. I prefer the list program because I can customize it to do just about anything I want, and it's simple so that I don't have to think too much about it.

It has a camera, too, so that I can take pictures and make notes about them (great for shopping!) and a voice recorder so I can take notes when I talk to myself. It goes everywhere I go, and stays beside the bed at night so that when I wake up in the middle of the night worrying about whether or not my luggage matches, I can write it down and think about it in the morning;).

That does sound handy. I may need to check that out.:thumbsup2 I've become much more laid back since I moved to Belgium. The NATO work days are not nearly as busy as back at a US base.

But I still use a Master Packing list for all my trips. It's an Excel workbook with tabs for skiing, temporary duty, camping etc. For each trip I just save it as a new file and delete the items I don't need!

Here is the station..

Wow, I am sooooooooooooooooo jealous! :thumbsup2 I have always loved trains and that is one heck of a set up. Your house is also amazing and exactly the style that Jennifer and I love. Our dream :cloud9: house! But as we always say: "any house that we are in together in IS our dream house."

I thought I would share some Pictures of our House and Trains so you all can see I'm not crazy when I say we have a Train and Train Station and even Tiny Little People around our house..

That is too cute!! I love the way you use it to carry treats!

Cuuute.

And, yes, your boy's schedule is insane. I'm sorry. Having worked in a bureaucracy, I can see how that would happen, but somewhere somebody should be bonking themselves on the head when they see something like that and CHANGING IT!!:sad2: And a schedule that requires a kid to be out of the house and functioning at 6:30 am should be criminal.

I am fearful though about storing important stuff on my phone. If Jennifer sees me take out my phone while on the cruise, it is likely going overboard. :duck:

Just kidding Baby!

- Bill

Just make sure you let go of it as it is going over board :lmao:

Thank You !! :goodvibes

It's so funny because This house and Florida house are like exact opposite..

DH & I are both very into the Victorian Style and Antiques.. I wish I still had the pictures from our Christmas House Tour..

The town does this annually and we were asked to be in it one year.. I have tons of pics but none on the computer.. I made a whole scrapbook of the Past owners and how the House originated as a Church Meeting Holding House and Never used as a Funeral Parlor.. I even have copies of the Old handwritten deeds.. The house is 130+ years old, noone knows for sure because of the wording used on the Deeds..

As for the trains.. DH, thanks to his Grandpa :goodvibes LOVES trains.. They are LGB like in Germany in Epcot.. The track stays out year round but the trains come in as not to be damaged by the weather.. DH was soooo upset to learn LGB is leaving Germany or the Original Company in Germany.. We were curious to see if Epcot keeps them.. :confused3

He has many, but this is the Kids favorite because it plays Music as it goes by.. He also has a Plow that will Plow up to like an Inch of snow..

I agree.. DS's alarm goes off at 6am, rolls out of bed at 6:15, gets dressed, brushes his teeth and out the Door at 6:25.. :scared:

OK, I can cross the last BIG item of my list--I booked my airfare home! I got a great price on Continental, at the time I wanted, on the day I wanted! The price was so good that I decided to stay that third night at PO Riverside instead coming home a day early! So now I'm all set. Even made my Magical Express arrangements.

Beth

Oh and by the way.... We went to Epcot over the weekend and WOW the Ball looks sooooooooooooo different now without the wand and hand or even the cranes  Of course I hadn't brought a camera cause we weren't aiming to go there.. DH was upset he couldn't get on Soarin' but the wait was 190 minutes and no fast passes left..

Your house is gorgeous! I love the Victorians. Ours was built during that time (at least part of it was), but it's been badly remodeled over the years. It was originally a farm house, we think, but we're just starting to do the research. Almost all of the houses in my neighborhood are Victorians. The one I just moved out of last year was a hotel when President Garfield was brought to Long Branch after he was shot.

That does sound handy. I may need to check that out.:thumbsup2
I'll be glad to show it to you. I love it!

They do get alot of attention at times since they are a Bi Racial Couple *not sure if that is what you call it*
