I was just looking for fun this AM and I noticed that all 3BR GVs were gone for the entire month of April 2026 (plus a bit at the end of March). Is that common? Is the GV hard to book in the spring?

Isn't CCV getting a refurb? Will it be done by then? If not, they may have blocked the GVs off to allow working on them simultaneously.

What is the name or link of that thread ?
I shared this on the Club Level thread, since it was regarding the Club lounge area…

“Just left club at wilderness lodge. Heads up there is construction and curtains up on club floor causing limited seating and have to use the far elevator only (one past the quick service restaurant) not sure how long it will be like this.”

@brilsei - found the sign pic on FB

Also…

Just saw this picture from the Whispering Canyon closure, posted on FB.

Says it reopened on 5/22 and new flooring was installed.

It is supposed to be done by September! Fingers crossed, I'll be there for part of my stay. One week there and one at the Poly!

No, they will still remain as a capacity of 4 over the age of three.
Are there any pics of the proposed refreshed rooms? Are they going to sleep 5 now in the studios? Getting curious
I think there is something with the way the rooms are set up that there isn't room for the small under TV Murphy bed. The CCV rooms are converted hotel rooms, so they seem a little smaller than the BRV studios, which were built as DVC studios (I am not sure if they are actually smaller, I don't know actual square footage). I have stayed in both and I think it would be very difficult to have a small pull down in a CCV studio, it would be too crowded. Someone else on the boards may know a more definite answer design wise as to why. From a DVC standpoint, I believe there may be reasons, too as to why they can't increase room capacity.

From dvc-rental . com

So a regular poly room is 465 too.

Found this chart on an older thread.

In a CCV studio right now. I agree having the pull down under the TV would not fit and also take away all drawers/storage
